This is one of my new favorite places to go to. From the broth you can choose from to cook the items that you pick from the buffet, to the variety of appetizers that you can enjoy. I recommend this place. The robot brining you your appetizers is also a nice touch.

I had a terrible experience when it first opened, but they have made so many improvements! The second floor is so much more cutesey than it used to be. They have a huge bar where you can get your own meats, veggies, and other ingredients. The mushroom broth is soo good! It was also very clean. $34 bucks doesn't feel like alot with variety and decent service. Definitely will come back!

My youngest daughter picks Crazy Hot Pot to eat on her birthday each year. Last night we went and the service was incredible as always. Our server upstairs was Jasmine, and she was the absolute best. She was very friendly, attentive, and went over and beyond for our party of 7. The food was fresh and good, as always. To top it off they gave my sweet little girl a doll for her birthday. Definitely recommend.

This place is an absolute hot pot paradise! The unlimited buffet had so many fresh ingredients, and everything was well stocked and high quality. One of the coolest parts was the adorable little robots delivering the food, such a fun and unique touch that made the whole experience even better.
The waiter was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Between the great service, the freshness of the food, and the fun atmosphere, this is easily one of my new favorite spots. Can’t wait to come back!
