I recently visited Crazy Hotpot with my family. It was cool the kids loved the experience, and the food was fresh and amazing. The only bad part was our server, Jason. He was very neglectful and acted like he didn’t want to serve us. He ignored us when we asked for refills and never cleared our plates, even though we stacked them. We had to go to the front to look for him, and we saw him outside smoking. I used to be a server, so I understand the server’s perspective, but...
First off, if you've never been, ask for Jasmine, she completely help us get they our first time there. Her service made the experience perfect. Awesome place, buffet style reasonably priced. We enjoyed this style of restaurant. Thanks Jasmine!!
Pretty good hot pot experience. Nice selection. I prefer the hot pot/Korean bbq combo restaurants. This one you can only order Korean bbq items off a menu that are prepared for you in the kitchen. I prefer to grill them myself. Overall still a good, fun experience. Service can be hit or miss. Last 2 times we went we were ignored for long periods of time.
