I got the meat omelet, with grits and multi-grain toast. I could not finish it. Delicious, just big serving. Brought it home and ate the rest.

My wife got the breakfast bowl, which was an abumbance of American cheese and greesy hash browns with basically no egg. The pancakes came out cold, and took some major wrist effort to even cut through. You can see a picture of my eggs to see how small that portion was as well. And my wife said the bathroom was nasty. What a huge disappointment! This place will not last long under these conditions, not the daisy dukes this once was. Terrible!

I ordered the 2 eggs that comes with hash or grits, and a biscuit or toast . I ordered 2 scrambled eggs, grits and a biscuit, I added the pancakes, I also had coffee. The food comes out, there is barely any eggs on the plate, it barely looked like one egg, much less 2. One of my pancakes wasn't even cooked all the way through, I bit into batter. The biscuit didn't seemed cooked all the way, the grits were decent, the coffee was ok at first, the second cup smelled and tasted burnt, like old coffee. I used to come here alot, and this place used to be packed at brunch, it was almost empty. The portion sizes used to be really big, they are so small now, then apparently they close at 2 now, and they had just sat someone down behind us , right before 2 o clock, then the workers start cleaning up around our tables as we still actively have food and drinks, and the ppl behind us , like I said just got there, and just received drinks.. the girl is picking up the carpet and shaking dust particles, and dirt everywhere. That's a whole other story ( the workers) The girl we had was ok, but the younger workers, who literally looked like teens were playing around at another table , pushing each other, and basically acting like children, talking so loud , I could here everything that was said, and these are workers on the clock.. This place has went so far down hill, it s crazy.. as we were leaving the manager asked how everything was, and I told Her the truth.. idk if someone new owns this restaurant, or not ... but they have ran it into the ground.. I won't be back

Food was wonderful. They do seem to have some supply issues. When we arrived, the server let us know they didn't have hash browns. Someone was on their way to the store to get some. I have read other reviews where they were out of some critical ingredients on other days. BUT we chose something that didn't rely on hash browns and it was AWESOME. Would definitely return, but will be ready to be flexible if they are out of something.

Went just for a cup of gumbo. I was the only one in the restaurant. Ordered a coke. Then I never saw the server for almost 20 minutes. There was literally no one in the restaurant except me, not even an employee to flag down. She came out when she heard the automatic door bell go off when we was leaving. She apologized that I had been waiting and said she was waiting for my coke, I told her I was, too. She said she sent someone to the store to get it???? I asked for a root beer instead. Finally ordered a small gumbo. This took a good while to come out. The taste was ok, but no crackers, no bread. I had to wait for her to come back then I asked for crackers and she brought out a sleeve of crackers inside of just a few. The server was very nice. The service was not good. I don’t think I’m going back anytime soon because it was more annoying than anything especially because I was the only one there.

OMG!!!! I usually skip breakfast because I am really picky. But Daisy did not disappoint me. French toast was great without syrup, Grits were great, & the steak was cooked to perfection. Server was also a doll up there by herself. I will be back.

I have started to hate going here to take orders. We work on time and I do not remember a time when I came to this location without feeling regret because of the waste of time. The order is small and takes only 30 minutes, so waiting to get it is very frustrating, knowing that sometimes there are no customers and they are not busy!!
Great little hole in the wall. Was there for breakfast.
