My experience was so ridiculous that I still can't stop laughing ? nothing went right whatsoever.We were a group of six today, we waited about 5 minutes to be seated, which in itself is no big deal, except half the tables in the restaurant were empty.It took a long while for a waiter to take our orders, and then quite a bit of time to get us started on some coffee and orange juice (one coffee was missing which is fine, some juice was spilled on my phone, also fine, no apologies whatsoever, but that's not a problem either, it happens).Even though previous customers paid and left, the line at the entrance was growing longer, with people waiting to be seated. By this point, even though some customers were seated after us, a good two thirds of the restaurant was empty. The rest of the line at the entrance was completely ignored. To make matters worse, the staff was gathered in 2 or 3 behind the counter, but none of them seemed particularly busy. To make matters worse, the customers that came in after us had their orders served.We tried explaining to one of the waitresses that we were on a schedule (and were starting to run late), but to no avail.Unfortunately, after about 1h and 15min of waiting, we had to leave. From what I understand (and I could be wrong), it seems that our orders were completely ignored (despite the reminder).

Don’t eat here unless you have all day and aren’t a picky eater. When we got there it took 10 mins with no one in front us to seat us. We got the standard menu. I ordered waffles wherein our waitress said we are out of waffles. Went to go get our drinks and 10 mins later came back without my drink. I asked if they had French toast and she said yes. She then brought my husbands food out and said we are out of French toast too. I ordered something because I was hungry but not what I wanted. We asked about a discount because of all the issues and they informed us that they didn’t have anyone there that could do that. Food wasn’t that great either. Our waitress Joygina was the only one trying. 5 other people in kitchen and in the back and she was busting it trying to keep up. She was serving everyone

This Dennys never seem to surprise me. I placed an order. Lady tells me be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 30. Drive there to be told there is a large party (10 people). And I have to wait 30 minutes. Other people (3 different groupes) are walking in to pick up their to go orders and they telling them an hour. It’s way too many ppl working in here to be waiting an hour for a to go order.

No service at all. Went in to dine in, was told 10 to 15 min wait because of understaffed cooks, with no other customers in front of me. I asked if I could have a seat and get coffee and water, I was told No, multiple vacant seats in restaurant, she said she could not wait on me. Help me understand empty spaces and you can’t do anything. I walked out the restaurant. Denny’s has gone to hell!

Miss that old crew. Real bad service. Waited for 23 minutes. When I did walk in there were just a few tables, then crowd started coming in they were taking care of all patrons but me. A server never came to take my order. Had to walk Away. They were happily chatting with patróns.
Waitress Andrea was great. Ask for Karen MsJerry or her. Fast service with a smile. The food is greatParking: Parking is available depending on how full they are. Next to a hotel.Kid-friendliness: Number 1 with kids.

I ordered my food to go. They didn't have the bananas that went in my dish and I wasn't told about it until I arrived. I wasn't offered anything as a replacement and to make matters worse, she forgot the fruit cup I ordered. I'm only making the cashier responsible because she is the one who recalled my order back to me and packed it up.
