Everything was top notch tonight. We were was extremely nervous after reading reviews and even thought about canceling reservations. We're glad that we didn't. Five stars across the board. Will definitely be back.

We were seated promptly at our reservation time and was welcomed by the hostess and servers. Drinks orders were taken and a meatball appetizer was brought to us as we enjoyed our drinks! The food and service was excellent. Our servers promptly attended to our every request. I highly recommend Desi Vega's if you want a great place to celebrate a special occasion or just to enjoy a delicious dinner.

Today is my birthday and last night my boyfriend took me here . He messed up and reserved the table at the wrong location. There were plenty of tables but they told us to go to the bar. I was super dressed up and there were no places to sit at the bar. We ended up leaving. The hostesses were nice so I was like whatever. Why I’m so mad? Right when we left we looked on open table and they had a reservation for 2 at 9pm (we left at 8:45) he said wanna go back? Nope not after being told they had no room for us. So fake and so rude. Sure he messed up the reservation but even after telling her it was my birthday and seeing serval tables open she still said nope. Horrible and mean.

This is one of our go to restaurants. The service is fantastic and the food always amazing. If you’ve not been book a reservation now.
This establishment allows blatant harassment to occur, and they refuse to do anything about it.There have been MULTIPLE uncomfortable interactions between staff members. Some employees were being subjected to derogatory remarks and inappropriate behavior by their colleagues and even management. The toxic atmosphere created by this harassment is unacceptable and yet nothing is being done.It's utterly disappointing to see a business turn a blind eye to such unacceptable behavior in the workplace. Not only does it create a hostile environment for employees, but it also reflects poorly on the management's lack of regard for basic human decency.I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone until they address and rectify this egregious issue. No one should have to endure harassment while simply trying to earn a living, and any establishment that allows such behavior to persist does not deserve the patronage of decent individuals.

We had a group of 13 dining in for a work gathering. Tonight I feel went wonderfully. We were seated and right away drink orders were taken. They didn't take long to arrive. The old fashioned was great. I didn't realize they had a specialty one and not sure if that's what I was given, but it was great. We were given bread and butter and they took our food order. After a couple of minutes we were given a meatball on a dish with a little red sauce. This was also very good. All of the entrees came out together for a group of 13. That is an amazing thing. The sides came out right away just behind the entrees. I had the 14 oz rib eye and it was amazing. The garlic butter bone marrow was probably better than my steak. This was my first time ordering or having bone marrow anywhere so I don't have anything else to compare it to, but I would definitely order it again. My side was debris macaroni. This was also delicious. Out of a group of 13, we went from loud in conversation to you can hear a pin drop has everyone was enjoying their meal. I didn't hear from one person that they did not enjoy what they had. From fish to scallops to steak everything was great.

The gumbo had a burnt taste to it. It's been sitting in the pot all day. One of the steaks was supposed to come out well done it was brought back three times to the point where it came back burnt and the inside was still red so we asked them to butterfly it And it was just burnt. They took it back that particular client did not have a steak to eat. This dessert was an ice cream with no whip cream. It came out with whipped cream that client kept it but it's not what she requested. This was a business client meeting. I have another one scheduled for next week, I'm contemplating on canceling that reservation. The manager came out with the stake issue twice when the client asked him why it smelt burnt on the outside he says that's the way it comes from the kitchen since it was brought back twice already he tried to pass it off as a well done steak, but the outside was literally burnt to a crisp. My client declined to accept that steak. It even smelt burnt from the other sitting around him. That was a horrible thing for the manager to say to my client. I was kind of embarrassed because I chose that restaurant. There's no reason to serve gumbo that has a burnt taste or serve steak that is burnt to a crisp or put whip cream on a sundae when the client asked not to have whipped cream.

The food was great and the service was even better!!! Everyone was super friendly and courteous! The prices are a little high but not unreasonable for a high end restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Really delicious food. Exceptional staff and service. Great location with easy parking. Each meal is al a carte, which was a little disappointing, but everything we ordered was well portioned and presented. Great atmosphere.
