I was disappointed when they didn't have Brisket, Ribs, and other menus items, including having no drinks whatsoever. Dickies is usually a safe bet for a stop in.
The employee was a good employee, but he was the only employee in the store. I N expect more from Dickies.

Gross. I pulled up a little after noon and had to look hard to see if the place was even open. Walking in you realize why as you are treated by an odd aroma. It definitely needs a good deep cleaning. Upon ordering the sole employee got my order going right away and it was actually not as dry as usual. The sides are served in mini styrofoam cups along with a king’s Hawaiian role now instead of the usual side containers and roll. The drink machine had to be turned on a was out of coke syrup, no tea had been made and I was given another styrofoam cup for my drink instead of the classic yellow. The credit card machine was not the one for the register so if you have Dickie’s points you won’t get them. The bbq sauce containers are now behind the counter. Looks like the place is going to close and surprised the franchise hasn’t stepped in yet. Sad as it is $24 for the 2 meat tray, you can’t feel comfortable there.

I called my food in 20 mins before arriving, and when I arrived I, first, had to wait for WILLIE to get off his personal phone call, and then to my surprise my food wasn't even made!!! No one was in there! I was late to work. Get it together Dickies, or you'll be out of business, too. Moes bbq is so much better, and alot better service. ,
Unbelievable! We Placed an order for pick up friday & they were closed & it was very much before 9pm it was 6:30 maybe 7pm. We were still charged! Corporate office number no one answers or responds to emails was only able to get catering line. If a business is closed online ordering should be listed as unavailable. I cant believe yall man

I placed an order online on Sunday but when I arrived the place was closed and was charged!!!! I tried to reach out to resolve the matter but no answer

When we arrived the only worker was mopping the floor in front of the drink machine, which continued to leak. The only meats they had were brisket, pulled pork and smoked chicken. They were out of straws, all flavors of bbq sauce and all drinks except lemonade and tea. The worker was extremely nice, apologized and said they had been very busy which caused the shortages.

Ordered through the catering line with no problem. The issues occurred after that. This was for a large corporate event. The food arrived an hour late. Guest arrived before the food did. We noticed, once we finished unpacking the delivery, that the BBQ sauce and dinner rolls were missing. Called the location that actually provided the food a few times about the shortage but no one answered the phone. Called the Catering line and was told they could not help me. The next day I called the local store that provided the food and was told a manager would call back but that didn't happen. NEVER NEVER NEVER order from this company.

Nothing I ordered a baked potato chili cheese and they didn't give me my side or my drink they gave me a bottle of water and said that's all they had I can't describe the chili cheese because they didn't give it to me they gave me brisket and cheese and it was only the fat of the brisket it seems like if you didn't want to come to work you should have stayed at home I'm a potato was off it had a weird taste to it that made my mouth numb and it gave me food poisoning so I would really look into what's going on at the restaurant and if you find out what it is you need to fix it before you get somebody sick and get sued

Our family usually enjoys eating here and it’s been delicious until the last couple of times, but today was the worst experience ever. They were out of all the sides except beans and green beans. We paid for sliced brisket and were told they would bring our food to our car. Like fools, we didn’t check the order when it came to the car. There was barely any beans in it at all and the brisket was all chopped up, not sliced. It was dry and half the pieces were just burnt ends. The shredded pork was extremely dry as well. There was only one person working at the time. It’s not a cheap place to eat by a long shot. We’re never going back there. It was only 7 p.m. and they don’t close until 9. It’s a shame and disgraceful how far the food and service has fallen. It’s as if they just threw the last of the worst food in a tray to get rid of it and charge people for it. I’m very disappointed and don’t suggest anyone go there after 5 because you probably aren’t going to get the good stuff. It’s always important to check the boxes they give you before you leave so you can get a refund right away. This was highway robbery and beneath what they used to pride themselves on claiming. Everything looked picked through and the meat was so dry and burnt in some places that it was not edible.
I wanted to add that some of these exact issues have been going on for years according to the reviews I read below. One was from 4 years ago. Obviously, the owners don’t have any interest in better service, better food quality or cleaner atmosphere in the restaurant. No wonder the young lady working by herself tonight was so miserable. You can’t expect to keep a good or happy employee if you don’t even bother to try to make improvements, yet it doesn’t stop the prices from going up.
It makes me wonder if the owners are just going through the motions, hoping they go bankrupt so they can close the place. It’s never going to be an option for people to return if you don’t care about your customers or employees. The owners should be embarrassed beyond belief. I don’t know how they could claim to be a good BBQ restaurant to other owners of the same type restaurant. It would be a joke if it wasn’t really happening and obviously being done on purpose.

Place is beyond filthy. One person at the shop doing everything from food prep to register. Ordered online and arrived at estimated pick up time. It was over 40 min later that a refund was even initiated after the request was made. The employee wasn’t accommodating or concerned that the order wasn’t prepared and even took orders from other customers who’d walked in after me. Even though the employee was rude, I blame management/owners for the overall situation.

This location is horrible. They always run out of things, the air never works , always short of staff & lacks customer service w non helpful & non friendly attitudes .. ordered delivery, ticket on bag completely explains how the food should be open Up the food & of course it’s wrong. Won’t be back

Absolutely awful. No A/C, bathrooms blocked off. Got a rib plate. Came with 2 sides, which were like 3 bites each. Mac & cheese was worse than the cheapest stuff you could get at the grocery. Green beans were supposed to be cooked with bacon. Just bland, canned beans with no flavor and no bacon in sight. Ribs were plain & nasty. Not a bit of flavor. I think they heated them up in the fryer. Crew person was the cellphone the entire time they made the food. There is a really good BBQ place 5 minutes from here. They close early some days and that was the only reason I tried this spot. Will not go again.
