The snowball flavors are VERY watery. I asked if I could bring it back (to potentially try a new flavor) and he replied with “what do you want me to do, those are our best selling flavors.” He tasted it himself and said they were fine. He blamed me getting so much condensed milk for the taste of the syrup. Horrible service. 0/10. Also very rude owner. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Dude overcharged me on snowballs twice and has an attitude problem. He makes up b******* fees as to why it's more than the price on the board. But in actuality he's just a racist with a bad attitude. Tries to rush every order and is super pushy on up charging you. Never going here again.

Old fat man at counter. Very rude. Snowballs were watery. Ice cream was watery. Everything overpriced. Tipped himself 2 bucks and told me it was taxes. Never going back.. and I live around the corner.

I've been a few times because I live close by. If you go expect to wait about 15 minutes if there is a car ahead. When I did get to the window he complained about the customer in front of me being stupid. Then he insulted the car I was driving. i had to repeat my order 3 times (it was just two kiddie cups). When we did finally get the order, I was in the middle of handing my daughter her snowball and he said "babe there are lots of cars behind"... he called me babe 5 times during our short conversation. I understand being busy & out of stuff but the owner is just a j**** Wont go back even though I live 2 minutes away

Very slow service, I was waiting for almost 30 min just for Nachos but the Nachos were/are good.
RACIST!! So my daughter went to Dino's Snowball's & Ice Cream in Metairie to get a snowball. She asked the guy what was in one of the flavors because she's allergic to Strawberries. He appeared to be aggravated by her presence & made the snowball. 10 MINUTES LATER, she suffered an allergic reaction that lasted for about 2-3 days. I'm only left to believe that he put berries in her snowball. OH, did I mention that: - My daughter has a longtime friend (who is white) that worked there and said "Oh yeah that guy doesn't like black ppl much." - He was ALWAYS making statements about "the Blacks" & how we should "get out the watermelon flavor when a black person drives up" - And "only take cash money from the Blacks because their debit cards don't work a lot." Her friend ultimately quit working there.

Poor quality ice (not smooth and soft). Flavors very artificial. Owner ran out of a flavor and complained that he had too many customers so couldn't keep up. All this after poor customer service regarding trying to figure out what size snowball cup. Very rude. Do not recommend. Recommend SNO-LA at causeway and service road.
