If I could give negative stars I would. I had a problem with my order, I called 2/23/25, I was very polite as I myself have worked in the service industry. The manager here has NO CONCEPT of customer service, RUDE, would rather waste his breath arguing with you, instead of just giving you your refund. I don’t want a remake, if you couldn’t get it right the first time why would I want it a second time. Where is customer service? Not at dominos. I’ll never eat at one of these establishments again. EVER.

This place sucks, they can almost never get my order to the right address. Called the store cause tracker said my driver was pulling up to the door. 30 minutes later, no food. Called the store. Ppl on the phone weren't any help & rude. Just received my order 2 hours laterno drink & no ranch for my buffalo wings. Thumbs down for this location.

Completly disappointed they refuse to rectify my order after sending 4 complete over cooked pizzas we could not eat. And after telling the person over the phone I don’t want to have to make a bad review is there any way you can rectify it she said no and didn’t care if I left one so here it goes … So many bad reviews why are they still open they need management that cares… just incompetents if a customer waits for a pizza for 44 min and it’s over cooked how hard is it to make sure the replacements isn’t over cooked the freaking pizza cooks on a timer it just stupidity and in worthy of servicing people. I don’t wish the best for this location I want it bought out management changed or location closed we could go to any other pizza store you guys shouldn’t even be a option and answer the damn phone my god…

Disrespectful the worst I was very nice and polite we thought we was smart but ordering directly we called and ask if another order can be sent and the second order was worst then the first it was late at night raining and the kids needed to go to sleep for school in the morning so me and my wife decided to deal with it tomorrow now they refuse to do anything about it and they don’t care about the bad review this is unprofessional and disrespectful

I gave this store a second chance after reaching out to corporate with no response. I guess you get what you pay for when its 50 off. 2 bad pizzas, i am done. Bad store and corporate doesn’t give a damn.

My guys working on july 11th were really nice , they showed me how to order my wings EXTRA crispy and they were really good ! they were very quick and very nice … no photos cause the food was gone by time I did the review

The pizzas are always hot and fresh, and they've never messed up my order and they're always on time. Very competent and cordial crew.
Pizza delivered on time, except when the boxes were opened they looked like they had both been dropped out the back of a truck. Pizza was cold as well, very disappointing.

They can't seem to get our order correct any time I order online. Today, I ordered a buffalo chicken and onion for me, and a sausage and cheddar for my significant other. I received a sausage onion and buffalo for myself, and the correct thing for my significant other.

My pizza wasn’t cooked. It was doughy and fell apart when I tried to take it out of the box. I could only eat the toppings off, because the dough wasn’t cooked.
