Extremely rude and disrespectful. Male manager worked 2/12/24 Early shift he was so rude yelling through the phone over something so simple. He needs to learn how to show professionalism. Reported him to the customer service line. Learned it’s a franchise owner which I know nothing will be done. Chelsea is a really good fit for the store. As well as the manager who worked 2/11/24 night shift. But the other guy Gary I think needs to be fired and seek anger management.

There were pretty fast and was good pizza only problem with there were very rude to my husband saying “we don’t serve the white people” all them went to back couldn’t even look at him only white person in there served the pizza make no sense to me if your working with a white person all we wanted our pizzas not be insulted

I have ordered from this Domino's quite a few times since it's in my neighborhood. My order is always correct, but it sometimes does take quite a while to be delivered. However, I don't blame the employees for this. When I have called to check on my order, the employee is helpful and, understandably, sounds busy! The thin crust is just perfect every time. I also love their coupon options.

My pizza was absolutely raw in the middle. I went back and they said they were going to just throw it back in the over, then the guy drops it, then makes a new one so I had to wait for another pizza. When it was done I politely asked for a refund and he said “it’s either I remake it or you get a refund and I already remade it.” Wish I could post the photo I took of the raw daw but it won’t let me here so I will on yelp. They are always messing up my order at this store and I always tip.

Ordered on the app. Showed delivery time as 30-45 minutes. Pizza showed up 3 hours later. No explanation. When I called to check on the pizza, the employee that answered was very rude. I asked for additional information and he just put the phone down and never came back.

Horrible. Terrible. Ordered my food. Food sat in quality check for 45 minutes. When I called about it, the manager “Lawrence” told me I would get my food when I get it. Only 1 driver. I had already waited over an hour. Manager decided it best to talk over me while on the phone. Will not be ordering from this location again.
