I was hung up on twice, even though it took forever just to hear him (manager) say hold please. When I expressed my frustration, he acted like I was bothering him. Very apathetic and rude instead of a concerned attitude! A simple acknowledgment to let me know he would look into why this keeps happening would have sufficed.

The fact that the specific location doesn’t close until 1am but lock the lobby doors at 9pm on a busy Friday evening! Leaving customers to come through drive thru just to pick up their order. That would be fine if the line wasn’t wrapped around the building and into the busy street. There’s no reason for customers to have to wait in a drive thru line for pick up only. Other dominos I am able to pick up my order inside the store as long as it’s suiting g the business hours! So unsafe and unacceptable. I will never return back to this location! It’s too small of a parking lot to force paying customers to hang their vehicle out into the street
