Don’s Seafood - Metairie

Dinner was delicious! We wanted small amounts and were glad to have the option of a small or large serving of stuffed shrimp. The room was kind of chilly but I think they adjusted when we mentioned it because the draft of cool air ceased. The waiter was attentive and the food came out quickly. A very pleasant dining experience!

Victoria who was our server was fantastic! She explained everything to us and was very helpful, Brooke came to the table after we had eaten and asked if everything was ok and of course it was.

Absolutely phenomenal food and staff.

Great place for a luncheon. Had a hard time turning soothe music for our presentations. Food was overcooked but they redid it and it was delicious. Wait staff was phenomenal.

We went for the all you can eat boiled shrimp, absolutely delicious and big shrimp. Lizzy was our server at the Metairie location and was really friendly and always checking on us. Definitely will go back again!!

Jason was the best server I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to a lot of restaurants. Do yourself a favor and ask for him at Don’s. You’ll have the best experience of your life.

Service was good. Food was good as well but, the etouffee sauce tasted like it was about to burn. Was not tasteful at all. Overall a good atmosphere and service. Jason was AWESOME!

I visited Don Seafood last Thursday, I ordered a dozen of jacked up oysters and a cup of seafood gumbo. The oysters were so overcooked that they were hard. The gumbo tasted like burnt rue and there were very small pieces of seafood in it. I was not pleased at all. I wasted 43.00 on this slop, Don’s has really down graded as far as cooking delicious food. I have been going there for years and have never had bad food. I will never patronize this establishment ever again.
