I would give them a 0 if I could. Horrible staff, horrible attitude, and horrible food. I’ve come here multiple times and 99% of the time I’m disappointed. They don’t understand what you’re saying and get your order wrong as if you are at fault. They screamed at me to hurry up because I said “one minute” because I was trying to make sure my order was right. I work at customer service too, but I have never in my life behaved like that. If there was another Dunkin, I’d never come here. But after this incidence, I’m done. 7 brew for life!!!!

They sell expired milk. My father went in today and purchased 6 donuts and a chocolate milk. The milk is two days past the sell by dad, it smelled foul, and it was sour when i drank it (hence why i looked at the date). I thought this place would be so much cleaner after the remodel, but i guess you just cant teach an old dog new habits OF BEING CLEAN AND CHECKING DATES ON PRODUCTS YOU SELL.

This place needs a revamp of employees. At no point should an employee yell at a customer. It wasn’t even direct towards me and it was insane to see. It also took about 30 minutes to recieve two coffees. There was no system, the only person doing their job was the youngest lady in there. The manager also observed his employee yelling at the customer over which sized coffee she ordered and did nothing but sit back and watch. They need help.

I went today for first time in years as Dunkin advertising is giving this brand a comeback. This store, not so much! Donut was stale. Coffee was definitely old. Store was dirty. Staff was rude. While I ordered I watched an employee drag a box across the floor that was leaking gunk the whole way.

They never have cream and sugar out so it always takes longer to get your coffee the way you want it. They hoard sweetener like it's gold. 😂
