The donuts are usually fine if not a bit stale but not once have I ordered a delivery from here and had my donut order be correct. It's always a completely random order. Tonight I ordered a dozen selected donuts and 5 donut holes and while my receipt on the sealed box has the correct order on it the box has one stale éclair and about 50 dry chocolate donut holes In it. Every time I order from here it's basically the same thing. Last time I don't just shop local for donuts going forward and will be telling others to do the same.

This review is strictly based on the unprofessional, rude, woman working drive thru at 5a on 3/24. I asked for a Dunkin Midnight Lg., no creamer and no sugar. You would’ve thought I asked for a Mack truck on french bread the way she began to yell through the speaker. I could barely understand anything she was saying. I immediately left, and I won’t ever visit this location again.

On my visit, 2/29/24, at abt 9:05am, three of the workers here were too dismissive, condescending nd downright DISREE- MUDDA FREEKIN SPECTFULL‼️ including a middle-aged East Indian looking man dressed in plain clothes with no identifying Dunkin Donuts attire, hat, name tag r shirt, just regular clothing.. My order was overlooked for over ten minutes, which I ordered ahead, expecting it to be prepared n ready. However, upon entry, I saw it was somewhat busy but not unmanageable. After patiently waiting, I noticed that three ppl who entered after me nd order atda register had rec'd their orders. One of those being 3 dozen donuts while I had only a med latte nd a muffin, so most work was getting the latte done, which is max, 5mins to accomplish. So upon asking what appeared to be the smallest Indian woman there who was handing completed orders to customers if she cud chk on my order, she completed ignored me. After I raised my voice in distaste, she snapped that, "she will", pointing into the thin air as far as I knew. Then after a minute more that person finally asked how she cud help nd I showed her my phone confirming my order. She then went to the mobile order register nd found my ticket just holding in their device. With a negative, sarcastic tone, she asked if it's [called my name] nd I affirmed. At that point, I saw what appeared 2b the Mgr standing there eyeballing me from the drive thru, so I asked him if he was the mgr nd unless he does not understand English, he looked down nd totally IGNORED me saying jack ish in response. These ppl are the worst at times nd treated me discriminatory in my known contention based on past experiences. It is an unfavorable practice to treat ppl with such Indifference to cause discord. I was in town on business nd didn't have time to argue n fight but I WARN future customers who are chk reviews to be aware of what ur dealing with nd maybe take ur business nxt door to Starbucks or elsewhere. I certainly won't visit that store again wen I visit the area which is frequent. Go back home disrespectful ones!!!

I ordered a dozen donuts and they only got 2 right. I also ordered a sausage corsant that was awful and the hash browns were nasty. I paid 30 dollars for that. Never again. They seem to not care what they serve.

I come every morning and get the same damn coffee and it's wrong everyday and I always get rushed off the intercom. Next time I'ma swing the drink in y'all's face. This is a everyday thing and not once is my order correct because they rush me . This is getting old and pissing me off. Slow down and pay attention. And also forgot my donuts I said twice when ordering. This is getting RIDICULOUS.Also went this morning 2/21/24 and was told they were out of MOCHA AND VANILLA . There most common flavors. Find it hard to believe after I leave a review all of a sudden they're out of things. These employees are getting lazier by the day

My only rationale on how this place is remotely still in business would be because everybody loves Dunkin' Donuts. However the service at this location would be nothing short of what you would expect from a third world country. Actually I take that back I've been to many third world countries and the service is much better than at this location. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. There were two counters one for Baskin and Robbins and the other for Dunkin' donuts and I waited along with a few others at the register to place our order and not a word came from the staff that the register was closed. We then proceeded to order at the other location. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. They didn't bother to tell me that they had no coffee available I waited there literally for 15 minutes to result in disappointment over just wanting a cup of coffee. Deplorable at best.
