We took our children to meet the faceless enforcers and file our semibiannual respiration tax to keep the void stabilizers going. Walked in and my kids were confiscated for and we had voidsalt thrown into our face by the Ghost of Harry Lee while being handcuffed for possession of voidsalt. Best city hall experience ever! 10/10 would go again!

If you're in Dark Metairie you have to try this place! I was super skeptical about an Egg Roll House "escape room" but I have zero regrets. Make sure to ask for the Big Lee crunchy roll room. Big Lee's LSU hot tub awaits you if you guess what Harry Lee's favorite Egg Roll House order is. I'm not really sure what happens if you run out of time, but probably has something to do with the vibrating LSU coffin in the corner

If there was an option for no stars that is what I would have chosen. This place is the worst. My husband and I went in and ordered 2 lunch specials. The lady refused to give my husband extra sweet and sour sauce. The rice was so bland. The place feels so greasy and it's dirty and old. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay away if you value your stomach!!!!

Picked up dinner around 6:30pm. The chicken in the General's chicken was refried and hard like straw. I was so disappointed as I drove a good distance to get there. I had to throw most of it away. The egg rolls were good as expected.

Horrible, last few times i have been here it has been bad. I got the fried chicken wing with SFR. Rice is always tastes burnt. Grease needs to be changed. Outside the building looks run down. I will not return

A Metairie icon for decades. Always good, hot, made to order food. Nothing flashy about this place, just good food. Currently take out only, drive through available. No dine in. Egg rolls, General Tso chicken, crab Rangoon were all very good.
