Best coffee in all of NOLA! Allergy friendly options, the food was amazing too! Not overly sweet, so you can really enjoy the drinks. Amazing service too, modern and a beautiful place to sit and enjoy yourself. I don’t usually like matcha but some theirs since it is their specialty and it was AMAZING!

Its a really small coffee shop that's perfectly tucked away off West Esplanade. If you're not paying attention you'll miss it and there's no way to make a U-turn so keep your eyes peeled. The Parking lot is a bit cramped,but there seems to be enough spots. When we walked in it seemed slow,but the person working the counter was still busy with orders for some reason. She took our order and the wait time wasn't that bad actually. The coffee drinks and sandwiches were very good so this is a great coffee shop when you want to avoid the hectic energy of the other national or local chain coffee shops in the area. There's also a book nook crammed in here,but I can't imagine more than one person fitting in there.

Consistently one of the slowest coffee shops in all of New Orleans. They move as though there’s absolutely no urgency or expediency to their work. Even simple orders like plain coffee takes 10 minutes to get done. Every time I think of a coffee place around the corner, Evolve comes up because it’s close, but I end up driving 5 to 10 minutes out of the way because I know I get a cup of coffee decently quickly. It doesn’t matter about the quality because I have twice now had to leave before I can even get my order.

My first time here. I got an iced pistachio latte with oatmilk and my husband got a frozen mocha latte with oatmilk. We live on the northshore and had to go to the southshore for something and instead of stopping at Starbucks, we wanted to try something new! Definitely recommend. Customer service was great and our coffee order was delicious!

Evolve has been my new cafe, since December and I have no regrets at all! It is quiet enough to study and be productive. I am a huge fan of Matcha and their Lavender Matcha is amazing! It's my favorite. I love the atmosphere here as well.
