Evolve Coffee + Matcha

It is a cool coffee shop with a nice sitting area. I picked up an order to go. However, it wasn't for me, so I don't really know about food quality. The atmosphere and service was great as far as I could tell. I'm sure it's worth checking out!!

Nice place to relax, read or work. The matcha is very good here, but you won't go wrong with coffee either!

Not only was the food impeccable, the service was unreal! I was serviced by a girl named Luna. Not only did she provide me excellent customer care, she made the experience personal rather than rushed. She took her time and was very patient with me when I couldn't decide what to order, and even offered a few suggestions that definitely intrigued my interest! She has a very creative style, and made me feel more comfortable seeing someone who isn't afraid to be themselves! Now with that, the atmosphere was also amazing. It felt so warm and cozy, like I was destined to stumble upon it. I'd usually feel anxious going into a shop alone, but I immediately felt relaxed and welcomed! If you're ever in town, this is definitely the place to go.

I have to say I don't visit coffee houses when I'm out of town but this spot! Wow! I have to say I've never received better service from a more kind human being as Luna. She was super careful with my allergies and was just amazing! When I come back in town I would only go there for her. It's hard to find people who care about service as much as she does! And to boot my allergies! This girl deserves the biggest raise! Most young people aren't kind anymore but this one was raised right! I appreciate your service and the care for my caffeine intolerance and allergies 💜 thank you and I'll be back in the spring so be ready!

Staff is super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Nelson is the best and helped me pick flavors and even offered to swap out a drink if I didn’t like it. Awesome place will definitely go back and try more, the strawberry matcha is great!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, enough seating to accommodate without losing the cozy feeling of the shop, good coffee made well, and fresh baked pastries. If you like matcha, they have been serving matcha the right way for years now. Its everything you want out of a coffee shop.

I love their iced floral matcha lattes, the rose is light and if you want something stronger in taste I think lavender is better ❤️
