My first time here. I got an iced pistachio latte with oatmilk and my husband got a frozen mocha latte with oatmilk. We live on the northshore and had to go to the southshore for something and instead of stopping at Starbucks, we wanted to try something new! Definitely recommend. Customer service was great and our coffee order was delicious!

Evolve has been my new cafe, since December and I have no regrets at all! It is quiet enough to study and be productive. I am a huge fan of Matcha and their Lavender Matcha is amazing! It's my favorite. I love the atmosphere here as well.

Cute little shop in a nice part of town. The ambience was fantastic with very open seating and cleanliness. The staff was quite friendly as well. I tried the frozen matcha which did not disappoint. Will return for an iced latte sooner than later!

The barista actually knows how to pull a shot of espresso, it’s honestly so good and it is damn hard to find an actually good cup of coffee within a hundred miles of metarie. I am a very proud coffee snob and this place made my tastebuds so happy. I love that they had a joy harjo quote on the wall… Highly recommended!

This has become my new favorite café whenever I visit home. On my first visit, I really enjoyed the hot lavender matcha tea (so delicious), and the hot pressed turkey presto sandwich also deserves an applause. I gave the food a 4-star rating only because on my most recent visit (Dec. 2023), I had the egg bites, and the bites were not too flavorful. It could have use a dipping sauce like chimicurri or even salsa verde, which I usually add whenever I cook eggs at home. Overall, the ambience and service here are perfect for meeting up with someone. I look forward to my next visit! :-)
