We were instantly greeted by the friendly staff members. Jared in particular was very sweet and energetic. This is only the third time Ih ave been to a firehouse subs spot and Jared made it an AMAZING experience. You can just tell when people care and go out of their way to make sure they have everything right. Sandwich is always fresh. Workers are always so friendly. Order and sandwich a potato soup, soup wasn't good. Employee didn't ask no questions, refund was quick and easy ❤️
