My favorite Five Guys location in New Orleans. It's busy but never overwhelmingly crowded during lunch.
Employees were always friendly and welcoming. Food came out fast and hot. Burgers and fries were delicious.

Overall, this is a great spot for a burger place. The food was good, served very fast being we were the only ones in line at the time. The manager was very friendly and helpful and the vibe was really low key in this place. I can only assume it was because it was later in the fag and we missed the crowds. A bit pricey for two burgers and a fry.

When I first noticed that you served hot dogs, I tried to ask for two … with chili! As a New Orleans native, I was shocked to hear that no chili was available for a hotdog. I was grossly disappointed as were my companions.
I would appreciate some type of response regarding this issue.
Needless to say, I have not returned.
It is almost incredible that a restaurant based in New Orleans will try to sell hotdogs without chili, not to mention chili on burgers. I look forward to a response

I ordered online and the app said my food was ready but when I got to the restaurant it wasn’t ready. The cashier said it will be a few minutes, waited 8 minutes and 17 seconds, a guy named Ryan walked up and he just had to wait 2 minutes and his food was ready. It took an additional 5 minutes for them to prepare my food. I just ordered a single patty burger and a fry and apparently it took them 15 minutes for them to prepare my food. Plus they literally had only 4 people that was seated at tables so they wasn’t busy.
