Just a chain wanna be Starbucks. Expensive and EXTREMELY slow... They weren't packed. It just took a lifetime for a simple coffee.

Food is not that fresh as expected. Had turkey avocado with brown and moldy avocado and with rotten tomatoes. Very unsatisfied with service and they did not response and could not do anything about it. Don't order that sandwich if you are going.

Decent coffee and breakfast croissants. Service is decent but if you have allergies you need to make sure they check and understand your request because they are notorious for putting cheese on things even when you ask for no cheese.
Edited: they put no cheese on my order three times, it still came with cheese. Every. single. time.

The absolute slowest coffee shop around. You will easily wait 10+ minutes for your coffee. Highly recommend making the drive to any other shop because it will still be quicker then this French press.

The young girl working this morning seemed like she was either new or not paying attention .but she did not know what she was doing .she kept repeating g my order back wrong she took forever and didn't even give me napki s or a straw

I love the place and enjoy studying at french press but they have the worst lattes. I just reminded myself why I’ve avoided coming here in the past months. Bought a latte and asked for one pump of syrup instead of 4. They kept telling me I had one pump of syrup which was not true. This coffee is pure sugar ??

Coffee is fantastic! Service? What service? They might make good coffee, but this is the worst location. Don’t take peoples order. If you’re not gonna make their coffee this is not the first time this has happened. I just sat in the drive-through for almost 20 minutes and left with no coffee. no one even came to the drive-through window! They can’t seem to get it together at this location! I will never ever go back there again! I never give bad reviews! I’m so disappointed with this place!
My first time at this location. The waitresses were really nice and helpful. The location looked extremely clean. There were two baristas that I met and help me one was a girl named Jo or something similar to that I’m not sure the name but I’m sure I’m gonna find out because I will definitely be back.

Server was not so pleasant and service was very slow. It took almost 15 minutes to get my drink. I asked for a medium cup. She gave me a large for four shots of espresso topped off with heavy cream in a large drink. It drowns out the flavor and it’s like drinking nothing but cream I don’t understand so maybe she should find another position within.

I was running late for work and came in during the lunch rush. There were only two people on staff and the place was so busy, I just want to say that the woman at the front and the guy that was in the kitchen. Did a great job Especially the woman at the front with how she kept everything running and kept her composure despite how busy it was. Kudos to both of them, but I do think that they need another person on staff for lunch rushes
Wheelchair accessibility: They did, however, have a table placed at the end of the ramp before the door, which was very confusing for my friend who is Deafblind, and her service dog seeing as they had to pat their way around and over a table and a woman that was sitting at said tablebut the lady at the front said that she would totally move the table and apologized so I’m not complaining it sounds like I’m complaining. It was just an oversight and I am sure that they have fixed it by now.
