It's been really annoying going through the drive thru because they hand you a CLIP BOARD to sign and then 75% of the time, walk away from the window so then you have to wait for them to come back even though you already have your coffee. I got really excited because the other day someone just drove off with the clipboard (probably because they were also irritated by having to sign the stupid receipt on a credit card purchase), but unfortunately they replaced it in a few days.
Forcing people to leave a tip by signing that stupid receipt when paying for a clipboard isn't going to work on me anymore. I'm now leaving a zero and not feeling bad about it. If you are the owner, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER so we won't feel like we're forced to leave a tip at the window after paying for an already expensive coffee.

Compare the white milk that is supposed to be the banana latte to an actual latte.
Avoid this location. There are better stores in Kenner.

I have enjoyed French Press for years since the company first opened, but the lack and customer service when I came in this morning has me scared to walk back in the front door. To be made feel like a problem and both upon walking in and ordering a coffee is highly unpleasant. Also never had been told before I wasn't allowed to order a large drink, but I could get a medium. I have came in and got the la freezes for so many years, but I'm shocked at my entire interaction this morning. Would love to understand why I was put on a limit to the coffee size I was allowed to buy, being told by an employee that seems agitated to have me walk in the door to begin with.

Usually the girls are very nice. But I went through the service line to go, and the girl left me waiting for 15 minutes on the speaker I thought it was broken I went forward to the window she came to me and said you should wait on the speaker, I replied wait 15 minutes, and she said yes that's how it works. Terrible answer. That happened at williams , now I don't go there , I drive to the one on the corner of Freniere . Until the day someone one of them talks to me in a bad way.

I think that there was a person who no showed? We were in line, in the drive thru, for 20 min and couldn't get out because there was a part behind us. The person was obviously frazzled because they had a long line and the order in front of us looked huge, they were still kind and did the best they could. Both our coffee orders were wrong, but good (hot vs iced coffee on a 90 degree day) and forgot the flavoring all together on the second coffee. Even with all that it was still great coffee ☕

Most of the time, staff is friendly, but did have an incident where this was not the case. I felt like a bother and a staff member was angrily cursing about how others did not close correctly to another while getting my order ready. My drink was slid over to me on the counter with no interaction besides taking the payment. I get coffee in the mornings to bring me up and start my day on a high note, but, needless to say, that was not my experience.
