Starbucks can’t even touch this place their coffee even the sugar-free versions are a lot more variety and way better than Starbucks itself. Just give it a try and I guarantee you you’ll never go back.

The French Press Coffeehouse location on David Drive in Metairie is the best! Their service is the most reliable and courteous & friendly staff in any of our local area coffeehouses around the city.
The drive thru option is almost always fast and always accurate with my orders. I also use their online app for ordering ahead. Besides the fabulous coffee, the food is great, too!

best coffee all around, yes the lines at drive through can take some time but its because they make your food to order :) so be patient wait your turn. these folks take coffee serious! recommend the Southern Pecan latte, and the NEW cookie butter lafreeze

Not sure if there’s new staff or something, but the last two times i’ve been to this location, i was given the completely wrong drink. seems like whoever is working drive-thru isn’t paying any attention. i really liked this place and even brought some friends who were visiting from out of town. then, they were served the wrong drink TWICE after trying to correct the mistake at the window with the employee working the drive-thru.

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop in Metairie! Great staff great coffee .
Was in visiting from Seattle and this place is an absolute gem! All of the staff were phenomenal and the coffee and cheese danishes were incredible! My favorite place in town to go to when I visit now! Highly recommend!

It's been really annoying going through the drive thru because they hand you a CLIP BOARD to sign and then 75% of the time, walk away from the window so then you have to wait for them to come back even though you already have your coffee. I got really excited because the other day someone just drove off with the clipboard (probably because they were also irritated by having to sign the stupid receipt on a credit card purchase), but unfortunately they replaced it in a few days.
Forcing people to leave a tip by signing that stupid receipt when paying for a clipboard isn't going to work on me anymore. I'm now leaving a zero and not feeling bad about it. If you are the owner, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER so we won't feel like we're forced to leave a tip at the window after paying for an already expensive coffee.

I ordered a banana latte. It was just milk and syrup. No coffee.
Compare the white milk that is supposed to be the banana latte to an actual latte.
Avoid this location. There are better stores in Kenner.
