I think that there was a person who no showed? We were in line, in the drive thru, for 20 min and couldn't get out because there was a part behind us. The person was obviously frazzled because they had a long line and the order in front of us looked huge, they were still kind and did the best they could. Both our coffee orders were wrong, but good (hot vs iced coffee on a 90 degree day) and forgot the flavoring all together on the second coffee. Even with all that it...
