Fusion Cafe has incredible menu, the owner/worker is fabulous. He always gets us what we want or need, when we need it. He works really hard but we never have to wait. The owners/operators are hard workers and make incredible food. Support a local small business that will treat you better than family and go try their food, you won't be disappointed, I have never been.
Awesome service! Loved the Avocado Roll and the vegetable spring roll. Good veg options. Mr. Long was awesome! Hard worker, quick service, he amazingly handled all the tables by himself when there when a rush in the restaurant.

Excellent service and food. The spring rolls are a better blend of protein and noodles instead of mainly noodles. The fusion pho was exceptionally tasty with a deep hearty broth. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

I had the tofu pho and it was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful broth and fresh toppings. The Vietnamese coffee was perfectly brewed, strong yet smooth. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
