Excellent service and food. The spring rolls are a better blend of protein and noodles instead of mainly noodles. The fusion pho was exceptionally tasty with a deep hearty broth. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

I had the tofu pho and it was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful broth and fresh toppings. The Vietnamese coffee was perfectly brewed, strong yet smooth. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Doesn’t get much more authentic and mom & pop than this. The absolute best sauces, noodles, and pho broth I have ever had. The shaken beef is making my mouth water just thinking about it. Definitely worth the journey out to deep Metairie!
