Garrison Kitchen + Cocktails

Food was good. Our server, however, needs additional training. Cleared half the table without acknowledging us, water service and order had to be taken by the hostess; server took seemingly over 20 minutes to deliver a cocktail; addressed me as “baby” (unprofessional, disrespectful, and dismissive), and never came back to the table to accept payment - luckily we had exact change.

Fabulous food, beautiful setting, gorgeous building, wonderful staff that keeps up even when very busy. Everything was cooked perfectly. Clear attention to all the details! We will be back

Stepping into Garrison is like time-traveling to a perfectly curated 90s flashback. The atmosphere is undeniably cool, with dimly lit spaces and a vibe that encourages you to relax and stay a while. What truly sets the mood, however, is the soundtrack. The constant stream of 90s hits—from grunge anthems to R&B slow jams—adds a layer of nostalgia that makes the entire dining experience feel like a party.
The menu is a testament to delicious food, offering a selection of dishes that are both comforting and elevated. My shrimp toast was a fantastic start, and my main course of chicken cutlet sandwich was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. Each bite felt thoughtfully prepared, showcasing a kitchen that knows how to execute a dish flawlessly.
The drinks menu is just as impressive. The bar staff clearly takes pride in their craft, and the cocktails are well-balanced and creative. My walnut fashion was a perfect balance of walnut twist on an old fashion. They also have a solid selection of wines and beers, so there's something to please every palate.
Overall, Garrison is a true gem. With its delicious food, good drinks, and that unique, cool atmosphere with the 90s music, it’s the perfect spot for a night out with friends or a unique date night. I'm already planning my next visit.

Ariel was FANTASTIC!!! She had a table of 9 women that she took care of last evening. Her service was flawless but her caring attitude and kindness was warm and memorable. Thank you for your service especially when trying to get 9 women to figure out a bill. Will definitely be back. The watermelon salad with crabmeat was the winner.

Went here for a work brunch. Everyone generally enjoyed their food, although everything on the menu is really rich and heavy.

Unfortunately my meal there lead to the most violent case ill-timed airport food poisoning I’ve ever experienced.

Arielle was my server, she was the nicest sweetest person and made my experience that much better! The food was awesome , i ordered everything to try and it was all so good. I took the leftovers home to feed the fam and nothing was left, the littles really ate most of it. Will be returning again especially for that onion dip to go. The mousse dessert Mmm

Service was fantastic! Christine did an excellent job of helping us decide by explaining how the dishes were prepared. The food was great, we had appetizers and main. The watermelon salad was perfect for summer. The potato and leek soup was one of the best I’ve had. Great time and will be back
