The rich culture is brought out through the dishes! I enjoy eating here with my family.

Food was absolutely amazing!! Every meat is incredulously juicy and flavorful. The kimbap was kimbapping for real!! I could tell they put love in every dish serving. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and felt like home. I wanted to study there, but it's always so busy ;) Service was amazing and fast. 11/10 would recommend to everyone looking for a cozy, delicious meal with delightful service.

New place, foods aren't same and horrible services. Limited menus : no seafood nor chicken. Spaces limited to around 20 seatings! Won't come back after many years ate old place.

Went to Gogi today and got an order of tteokbokki and bulgogi.First the banchan hit the table. It was incredibly meager portions. About a 50 cent piece size worth of kimchi, 3 or 4 pickled radish, and the same amount of spicy cucumber as the kimchi. The tteokbokki came out fineNot really outstanding nor bad. Had a solid gochujang flavor & decently spicy but the portion size seems a little small for the price, ingredients, and preparation for the dish. Now this is where everything just drops in quality 10 fold. The bulgogi came out a few mins after the tteokbokki and at first glance I was put off. The cut used didn't seem like ribeye. It was rly grainy and didnt have much color to it. The beef was practically grey. The onions that were cooked down in the beef had no color to them either and seemed like it was just thrown on at the last minute, and finally either the marinade wasn't put together properly or the cook simply didn't salt the meat. It had a feint sweet flavor with no garlic, umami, soy, or really any flavor whatsoever. They grey meat tasted like a combo of oil and unseasoned cheap beef.Anyways, I hadn't been to Gogi in many years (last time I had it, it was great) but just had an itch to get a quick Korean meal. Not worth the price nor time. I'd rather just go to Gangam Grill in Fat City.

Food was cooked to order and was very hot. Got the japchae. Not a fan because it was too sweet and too much black pepper. Got the Ramen. Tasted like what I cook at home. Got the bulgogi and chicken bulgogi. Freaking awesome. Bulgogi was a little too sweet but the meat was sooo tender. The drinks were too expensive imo. Service wasn't great but there was only one person that was bring the food out. Never got a refill. Wasn't the place I remembered from years ago.

Very RUDE older Asian lady. This is my 2nd time at this establishment and have experienced the same treatment. Just today, rude handoff, no manners, just nasty! Will be reporting to my higher uppers as an unpleasant business.

The waiter was being rude and arrogant because we were just asking for kimchi and she was yelling and being rude.

Very very rude customer service by a lady with short hair at the cash register. Went in to pick up a to go order. I could not understand what she asked me when I told her the name of the order I was picking up, so I asked her to repeat herself and she very angrily stormed off with an annoyed expression without repeating what she said. When she came back and handed me my to go order and I said "thank you" there was no response back. She just stared at me and seemed extremely annoyed. My first time coming here and will never be back.

I went there and the lady was so nice, the place is very neat and clean. I ordered tteokbokki to go and it was soo good!!! , I've had a few other dishes before and the food never disappoints! Definetly recommend this place!!!!

Decent Korean food if you're craving a few SK classics but not the best option in the game. This place is extremely understaffed, resulting in longer than normal wait times and mediocre service. Our favorites were the kimchi fries, tteokbokki, and "maeun ddak". I especially loved the kimbap and spicy rice cakes as they reminded me of my time as an expat in Korea. I highly recommend this place for takeout if you're craving an authentic Korean meal that isn't too fancy.

After living in Korea this place is the only Korean restaurant Ive been too that completely satiates the craving. The tonkatsu and soondoobu jigae are absolutely phenomenal!Vegetarian options: There are more than enough vegitarian options to leave happy with something.

The amount of kimchi served to 5 people was insufficient. It was tasty, though. I had chicken because they were out of short ribs. Nothing was particularly flavorful, and the dumplings just tasted like the oil they were cooked inParking: Parking is in the back, so gps make take you behind the building
