Great American Cookies

Heather did an AMAZING job decorating my son’s Paw Patrol cookie cake. We received so many compliments on her design, and the cake was also delicious. Thank you so so much!

When we went to pick up order cookie cake for my son's birthday. He was so excited but had created an idea in his head that we didn't know about. He is on the spectrum and I explained that I would add what he wanted when we got home. The lady at the counter heard the interaction and offered to add it for him right then. The cake artist was so nice and accommodating, she attempted it once and my son still had a different idea. She offered to try again and she did it perfect. My son still talks about her design. We left with huge smiles! It means a lot when someone takes the time to listen to my son's opinions.

Worker was incredibly sweet and helpful!! Although busy she kept a smile on her face and the line moving fast! Only complaint is the frosted cookies are quite thin, but still so yummy!

Cookie cake was way to thin. Did not hold together after cutting. Very pricey for the poor quality

The worker who is older with short hair and glasses was incredibly rude. We asked a simple question and she yelled “what do you want? what are you asking for?” and then yelled “no” when we asked if they were able to ice a sugar cookie. I then proceeded to say that was fine and told her what we wanted instead, and she did not even give us half of what we asked for. We were super polite, and as someone who works in customer service, I completely understand not being able to do iced cookies when it’s busy. However, being outright rude is appalling. A simple “we’re not doing iced cookies right now” would’ve sufficed, but being rude and looking at us like we’re stupid is completely unprofessional. Will not be back.

I was charged a $0.45 "commodity charge" that I did not see and was not told about until after seeing my receipt. The cashier could not explain what this charge was and would not refund it. Please tell me what this "commodity charge" is.

Was starting to place an order online when I needed more clarification on something, so I decided to call the store that I was going to place the order with. The first person that answered the phone didn't seem to know what I needed, so she got someone named "Kelly". I asked my question and she responded "uh-huh" in a very condescending tone. I asked my second question and received the same condescending response. Needless to say, I said "thank you" and hung up. If I'm spending 50 bucks on a cookie cake, I don't need a side order of attitude to go with it. We are obviously going another route for the cake. I refuse to give my business or my money to someone who has no respect for anyone and treats them like they're idiots for needing further clarification on something. My college education was for the medical field, not cookie decorating. NEVER AGAIN.....

I had the displeasure of ordering my daughter’s 13th birthday cake from here. I got the number 13. It was so darn small I had to go to a local grocery store for cupcakes. Don’t get me started on the fact it wasn’t ready when I arrived and had to walk the mall to wait on it. Then it looked like it was rush. So very upset with the whole situation.10/27/2023Spoke with corporate and the situation was rectified.

Absolutely loved the turn out of this cake, the employees at this store were so nice and made sure they got all of the details right with this one. I will definitely use them again.
