Ground Pati now doing to-go orders on Williams in rivertown. Same telephone number as David Dr location. Dine in set for 6 weeks from now. Full menu. Comparable prices to Bud's but the burgers are twice the size. Right next to rail road tracks. Kind of nice but if you catch train coming or leaving.. bummer. Presentation of food still the same. Parking a little weird in back but they are expanding their building. Looking forward to dining in. Staff was so friendly and humble.

One of my favorite neighborhood eateries of all time. THE best burgers in the area, and their entire menu is fantastic.I’ve heard that they will rebuild after the fire in Jan 2023, and I look forward to going there OFTEN after they open!

John was the best waiter I’ve ever had in my entire life. He served as well. Our food came out super fast while he was attending other people he made sure we had everything we needed when we asked him to come over and he came right over. he stopped what he was doing came right over. He was just the best overall.

For starters, the nachos served with ths spinach dip were stale. For a resturant that specializes in hamburgers, I was expecting more. It didn't have that juicy taste you'd expect at a regular restaurant. It was well above a fast food place though. The fries weren't all that either. Thank goodness the service was ery good.Was a bit unnerved that the rear fire door was blocked by many carpet sweepers and boxes.Wheelchair accessibility: Good, two, one in both parking lots

I was born and raised in Kenner and lived here until Hurricane Katrina. I'm currently in town for work and decided to see if the burgers were as good as I remember and they are! However, the service was lacking. I know it was rather busy but my waitress didn't check on me once and it took her 15 minutes to bring me my check. I also noticed that another waitress had to take the order for another of her tables after they had been waiting for a while.

Service was not bad. Burgers were tasty but not amazing. Offers typical minute maid beverages and cocktails. A step above fast food but not quite up to big franchise owned casual dining. Go here if you want to support local restaurants. Go to Red Robin for a better culinary experience.

Ground Pat'i was delicious and great service. Back in the 90's, they use to have the best condiments, if they could change one thing is would be bring back the good mayo and not Blue Plate and toast the buns like they use to do. Great service, best onion rings in town with amazing sauce, outstanding loaded baked potato - all in all I highly recommend eating here, a great burger!
I haven't been to Ground Patrick in years, so while visiting in Metairie, we were sure to have lunch. I took one star away because the service was very slow in the beginning, could be because it was lunch hour and they may be under staffed like so many other places. The food was fabulous, we both had burgers, they were cooked perfectly to order. We also got the Fried Veggies for an appetizer, I have had fried cauliflower and mushrooms, but never broccoli heads and carrots...the carrots were my favorite but the entire dish was delicious. We also had a cup of the crab and corn chowder, we both loved it. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Metairie.

Great food and great service! My 3 year old actually ate all her chicken strips which is unusual for her. Waiter (Marcus) was very nice and attentive. Not a long wait for food. And they gave my child a free toy before we left. Love this place! Will definitely be back.

Burgers were good. Food came out fast. Self seating is good. Parking wrapped around the building. There was handicap access. They offer peanuts while you wait for your food which the kids loved. Overall good little burger joint.

Absolutely the best burgers anywhere. Ribs are incredible, french onion soup amazing. For a great lunch at very reasonable prices you need to try it. If it's been a while go back. I have never tried a steak, not the appropriate place in my opinion. Getting there at the time not easy because of road work, but we'll worth it.
