My overall experience was disgusting. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Went to hooters at a reasonable time before they closed. Which was understandable. We were hurrying to get our food in. Our waitress Alexandra was rushing us to get food in. This already made me feel some type of way but again I was understanding. But what killed the experience was when I looked up and saw that the bun to my sandwich had fell from the plate and landed onto the shelf where they place the trays ready to to be brought out. I asked the waitress if they replaced this and she mentioned that they had replaced it. Granted the inside of the sandwich was already contaminated by the filthy bun she had placed back on with her bare hand on top and make it seem like nothing had happened when she knew I was looking. This was when she told the cook to replace the bun. This is disgusting and also could harm others in the process. Never again will I be eating at this establishment because of this issue. It could have been avoided if they had just made a new sandwich.

We got a variety of dishes but weren't very impressed with any of them. The service was just okay. They were not busy, but our server was not very attentive. We will not be going back.
Good except the drinks...wish there had been more options in terms of how to combine foods.

The staff was very rude and refused to take something off my bill I'll be report to corporate food was old shrimps was old snow crabs was old sticking to shell 🍤 shrimp was sticking to shell very bad valentine go somewhere tomorrow would a refund of money 150 down the the towel

Too slow to serve food. On several occasions I saw the cooks distracted, one watching TV and doing everything very slowly, another with his cell phone. Also, the hamburger meat was tasteless. Please, a little salt and pepper will be enough to give the meat a good flavor. Disappointed, I will not return.

My family and I went to eat tonight and got a waitress with a pony tail and curly hair. She spoke as if she was better than everyone one and had a sarcastic demeanor. On our way out I asked for a sweet tea to go, she looked at me as if I was stupid and said “yes” then never came back. After 10 minutes she was taking drink orders from the new table next to us. This was highly disappointing considering we approached her with respect and kindness. A shame, do better.
I haven't been to hooters in a while but I just can't believe the size of wings have changed and I wasn't happy about it. I didn't say nothing at the time I sat in there because honestly I feel nothing would've been different. So hopefully this review can get you to see them wings should not be that small at $10.79!BTW server was great no complaints she was awesome!

octavia was an imbecile. my fried pickles came out cold; aside from waiting 10 mins for my side of ranch. my boneless buffalo wings were mid considering half of them didnt have sauce. the best part was the beer, which took too long to refill. emphasis on octavia sucked.

Waitress refused to serve me a drink because i didn't have an ID on me. I'm well above the drinking age. I have been to this location on numerous occasions and this was a first. No need to go back either.
