IHOP offers ok food with big portions at a good price. The atmosphere can be loud and dirty, but some servers are amazing. Despite being slightly busy, the food comes out in a timely manner, and the staff is super friendly and nice. They go the extra mile, like giving a free birthday waffle with ice cream. Overall, a pretty good experience with decent food and attentive service.
