I frequent this Ihop every Friday with my 5 breakfast buddies. For the last couple of months the bathrooms/sewerage has had issues. Wet floors, odor backup and the odor permeated the entire dining area when the front door opens and draws the smell to the diners. The managers know there is a problem the owners won't fix. The parking lot has yellow marks like they are planning to repair but its been that way for months. OUR REGULAR SERVER, TAMMY, IS WONDERFUL AND WE'D LOVE TO RETURN FOR HER! We moved to Dennys. Super clean, great server, good food.

This place is absolutely unsanitary. After eating brunch here, I developed a severe stomach ache and diarrhea. It has now been two weeks, and I am still extremely sick. I have even started experiencing serious health issues, which I prefer not to disclose here. Please avoid this place if you do not want to risk getting sick. I have never written a review like this before, but given my painful experience, I felt compelled to share it.

Me husband and two kids seated in a booth where the seat was ripped up so my husband sat there …… super gross and then me and two kids squished on the other side of the table, table sticky, floors disgusting … I wanted to leave but my husband was frustrated and wanted to just stay and eat

Waited to be seated for 15 minutes. Once seated we were walked over, we are people of color. The white people who were seated after us were given menus, brought their drinks and had their order taken. Still the waitress ignored us. Other whites were seated and taken care of. They are prejudice. People of color do not patronize this establishment. The manager tried to defend her, saying she misunderstood what table to serve. Do not patronize IHOP……Ms. Barbarin

I haven’t been to ihop in YEARS! My mother in law was craving breakfast at lunchtime and suggested it. I was blown away at how clean the place was and how friendly the wait staff was. I got chocolate chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream on top. Although I must admit I was eating dessert and calling it lunch-it was YUMMY!

I ordered a doordash order and was missing over half my order. I called ihop and they told me to bring the food back and they would remake what I already had and the stuff I was missing. When I got home with the new food, everything was obviously reheated in the microwave instead of remade fresh. Everything was hard and my eggs that I ordered over medium were not runny at all. Terrible customer service

Went in on 10/3/25 around 10pm, seated right away but sat there about 30min and never even gotten my drink order taken. We left ,no one ever acknowledged us or the fact we were leaving. Definitely can see why so many i-hops have been closing down. Smh

Had a great breakfast this morning. Ryan was our waiter this evening. He seated us immediately and brought out our drinks. He gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. He took our order and brought out our food very quickly. Everything was delicious. All in all a great experience with Ryan. He is definitely a great employee. Very professional and kind and thanked us for coming in.

Don't even waste your time or money here. We waited 45 minutes AFTER we placed our order before we left. Waitress was outside more than inside and we waited 10 minutes for drinks. People that came in after us got their food before us. We ordered omelets they ordered burgers and was eating before us. Didn't see a manager nowhere on site to even question. I see why the franchise is losing money and customers.

So glad we decided to stop by a Friday night! Around 9:30pm. Our server miss Faye was excellent very friendly and informative! We really felt honored to go in and get her as our server! The food was excellent! Fresh and affordable! What more can you ask! Can’t wait to be back! Loved my pancakes etc!
