Service was good until I witnessed your employee give out a nasty remark towards your other employee! It kind of disturbed my day because the young lady was so kind and I can visually see that it hurt her. Not even to mention the foul language that came out of her mouth please do better to make the environment safe for not only customers but for your employees as well!

Gavin and Grace are always there to greet you with a smile when you walk in. They always seem to know regulars and their orders. Location has a solid selection of beverages and even Celcius energy drinks if needed.

Best Place to get Sandwiches in Metairie!!! Grace and her team are so welcoming and always put me in the greatest moods when visiting this Jersey Mike’s location!! Great Service. Great Hospitality. I’d leave 10 Stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely love this Jersey Mike’s location! The subs are always fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I like them. What really sets this place apart is the amazing team, Grace, Lina (Olivia Rodrigo), Brynn, and Gavin always greet me with a smile and go above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. Their friendly service and attention to detail keep me coming back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone craving a top-notch sandwich and excellent customer service!

Tulane MBB does a lot of catering with Grace and her team. They do a great job and are very accommodating. I recommend anyone to use them and have meals catered.

Extremely fast and friendly staff. Parking can be a little crazy midday on the weekends but ok outside of then. I frequent here because of location but they also do everything right.

Awesome food and service.

Ordered a chicken Philly toasted, it was microwaved. It was warmed but not toasted. You guys need a flat iron or an oven to toast the sandwich. Nice flavor not so nice bread 😳😢

Long line was going
Everything was moving slow
That was until Kyle showed up, music got going and the line started moving as well
It’s a team effort for sure but give my man Kyle a raise or something
It was his presence that got everything going

When you don’t want a po’boy, this sandwich shop is a solid go to. Get it the Mike’s way!

Overall, a great experience! The music on the radio was loud, where it was hard to converse with my relative that I ate lunch with. However, I enjoyed my lunch, and the team members did a great job. I've been here a few times with the same experiences. I would go again. I appreciated the prompt service to both me and my relative, and other diners. 🙂
