BEWARE!!! DONT ORDER HERE!! ZACK DOESN'T WASH HIS HANDS AFTER RETURNING FROM DUMPSTER TAKING OUT THE TRASH!!! IM SOOO DISGUSTED! He was outside at the dumpster throwing out trash when I arrived. When I came in the young lady was about to take my order. Here comes Zack... No washing his hands... No sanitizer... Grabs gloves & asked can I take your order? I said h3ll no not if you just left dumping trash without washing your hands!! He procedes to remove gloves then go wash his hands!! I walked out! Waiting on management to contact me! Just nasty & very very unsanitary.

I wish that I could give zero stars! OMG! Absolutely Disgusting! I couldn't wait to try this because I saw everybody's videos and oh my God it was the most disgusting thing I've ever put in my mouth in my life! First of all, the meat is highly processed garbage, it's disgusting and you can't discriminate between ham turkey and even the cheese because it's so thin and it's just a over-processed gelatinous meaty mess. It is not turkey breast it is like that cheap Carl Budding meat. You can't even tell the cheese is cheese. Then the most disgusting part of it all is I ordered a Club Supreme, and I don't know if they have drippings or the toppings touching each other but my sandwich tasted like tuna fish! ?? I am allergic to seafood and I had to throw it away but it was disgusting I don't know if it was the lettuce I don't know if it was the tomatoes but it had a strong fishy taste to it. I tried calling and seeing if they would give me a refund and he didn't offer anything except to tell me that nothing was touching and he was the one that made my salad, but I know what I tasted and I know it was disgusting and it was unable to be eaten!!! Do not go to this place and expect anything other than mediocrity. Subway is over-processed but they're way better than them. I just say go to Jimmy John's if you want the real deal because God I hope I don't get food poisoning and if I do I know where it came from! The most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth! Do not come to any location of Jersey Mike's unless you like cheap meat and co-mingling of meats and tuna fish?????!!! Food is too expensive these days to waste it on this subpar unidentifiable gelatinous over-processed meet that these people are serving! This is a food poisoning moment waiting to happen!!!

Absolutely trash service. Ordered at one restaurant, said my food wasn't there. Then said it was at another store. Then said it was at the first store but got taken by a door dasher. Then said they remembered me coming to get it and they spoke to me when they hadn't. Lied, gave me the run around, food was mediocre. Management was extremely rude. Refused even a partial refund even though I had a terrible experience.When you would like to make a complaint there is nowhere to do it. Store owners don't care and Jersey Mike's has zero accountability as a corporation. They do not care if franchisees are terrible bc there's nowhere to even place a complaint besides one email that of course, never even received a reply.

I am a huge Jersey Mike’s fan and this location is a really good one. The young employees were super friendly and helpful with my requests. They carefully sliced the meats and put a lot of care into my sandwich.. the bread and toppings were super fresh. Will definitely be back!
