“I went to the one on Vets. Parking is not ideal but hey, you should be in and out, so no biggie. I got a toasted sub, but they were running late on my order, so I think they pulled it early because it was slightly warm, but not melted and definitely not toasted. I thought the Italian one came with shaved parm and provolone, but all I had was a bunch of meat. I was hungry, and it's usually not my experience so I'm gonna give them a pass. The one on Poydras is amazing, but it's pricier. Worth it.“
“Went twice in one week and Nick was so pleasant!! He handled taking my order and fixing the sandwiches. He made sure I put my phone number in for rewards and told me about a special if I wanted to make my order a combo. Did it all with a smile and a heart of service, double checking the sandwiches were perfect. The other employees didn’t acknowledge me with eye contact or a greeting either time. Seems like Nick’s handling a lot and doing it very well. I’m hoping he gets the acknowledgment (maybe even a raise!) he deserves by Jimmy John’s!“
