I went here about 9:30 pm and went through the drive thru the lady was so beyond rude taking my order. I also work in the food industry so I understand having a bad day so I didn’t think too much of it. I waited a very long time for my sandwich to be ready and she was very rude when she brought it out. All I had was $50 and after giving her the money she says they can’t break a $50. After I said oh okay she said “ and you can’t have the sandwich” while scooting it closer to her. Completely ruined my day as I had been at work until 9:30 myself. She had a shaved head and was just awful to me and I hope somebody can let her know that what she’s doing is not okay.

No customer service whatsoever.Walked in, went straight to the counter and waited for someone to greet us and after 5 minutes of waiting to be acknowledge we walked out. Not one of the three even bothered to say hello.

Ordered a sandwich for the first time in years from Jimmy John’s while I was on vacation. This was the saddest sandwich I’ve ever had. They barely put anything on it. Really screw you for your money. Barely had lettuce and 2 pickles. Meat wasn’t great. Makes me stick with jersey mikes to get a decent sandwich. Place was disappointing but the bread was good and they got my chips right I guess

I am a Vegetarian,my wife is not.I had a Veggie sandwich ,and my wife had something with Meat.,And we enjoyed it that day.I asked the young man that was taking my order,if he would change his gloves.(Previously touched by meat)He did with no problem.Good experience! We went this weekend,and there were 2 young men and 1 young Lady.The place was a Complete mess behind the counter.Counter was messy with pieces of bread , lettuce,etc.The meat slicer was a mess to with cut up meat, lettuce,bread,etc.all at the bottom of the slicer,on top.The young lady took our order after she put on new gloves,Then picked up a dirty rag,she had been wiping the counter with,then went to the back touching everything including the cheese she brought from the back.We walked out! Com'mon Mannn!!!

Great location, very conveniently located to my work. Love the fresh sandwiches and tons of options.
First time ordering from here today. I ordered the veggie sandwich for myself and a coworker ordered the spicy east coast Italian. My sandwich was so bad!! There weren’t any cucumbers, mostly just shredded lettuce. I added peppers and there were exactly three slices of jalapeños. The whole sandwich tasted like shredded lettuce. Needless to say, I didn’t eat it after two bites and definitely won’t order from this place again. If you’re looking for a veggie sandwich, McAllister’s Deli is pretty good. This was a waste of money.

First time in this location, the bread was not bad. The food was not horrible. The store appeared to be somewhat clean the seats and the tables with somewhat sticky. The food was not horrible, but they are not the best I might or might not return. That’s a real question. ?

Just left and the store is a mess with trash everywhere and the kids working were too busy playing to get any work done. I ordered one sandwich, they messed it up twice but couldn’t stop laughing enough to fix it. Won’t be back.

Visited on 16 March at 1:40pm. Ordered food at the register inside, and first of all the cashier was on a personal phone call the entire time. She said the total was $27, so I gave her $40, but the register said it was $20.70, so I asked for one of the $20 bills back to exchange for a $1. The cashier acknowledged the discrepancy, gave me the bill back, then walked away. I told her that she still owed me change and she came over and walked back with a huge huff and attitude (still on the phone the whole time, mind you). At this point, I asked to cancel the order instead, and was yelled at, “Get the hell out of my store!” Taken aback, I paused, then was yelled at again, “I said get the hell out my store!” as the rest of the employees laughed. Look, the poor attitude, customer service, and being on the phone is one thing… don’t like it, but I can deal. But being yelled and cursed at is simply unacceptable. Jimmy John’s, get your people together.

The sub sandwich had molded ham on it. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION TAMPERING WITH FOOD! Boi the manager was obviously high on drugs and couldn't make simple sandwich properly for third time. Refused to refund me after Boi threw away the entire molded sub, instead offered a pickle only for the entire molded sub SERIOUSLY! I don't think they have many locations as I won't be going back to that one AGAIN! Philipp the regional manager has never attempted to resolve the matter let alone RESPOND. Boi asked if I wanted a job, I work 5 jobs but he can't seem to manage 1! W.A NASTY JOKE.
