I have been going to jimmy John's since has been open in my area. I can say the location i visited was on 4301 veterans blvd metarie should be condemned, the only reason I went to this location its the closest to my home in spite of better judgment upon arrival. I was hungry and feeling under the weather so i just wanted something i was familiar with. I get home open the sandwich, discover that I had half the Turkey. That should have been on there. And the tomatoes were the size of a penny, and that isn't right. The letters were wilted, the guac spread looked old, but like I said, I was hungry. So I was like, I'll give it a try. JimmyJohn's is known for good quality product. Shouldn't do anything to me boy i was wrong about got through have the sandwich let's just say that now I look at jimmy John's worse then tacobell if I could leave images of my sandwich I would. Jimmy John's please do better this location is ruining your reputation

Noticed a dead insect on the window inside. Ordered two subs to go. Added motifications to one. Made the other one a meal. The other one i asked for a cup for ice water. Cashier tried charging and im like I don't want it if there is a cost. Removed charge and handed me a water cup. Didn't eat in but when I got home I noticed there was a little avocado smeared on my sub when I didn't ask. It didn't taste like the freshest sandwich but it worries me that maybe they used the same knife. It was alright. But wasn't jimmy johns quality of food and service

I went to the one on Vets. Parking is not ideal but hey, you should be in and out, so no biggie. I got a toasted sub, but they were running late on my order, so I think they pulled it early because it was slightly warm, but not melted and definitely not toasted. I thought the Italian one came with shaved parm and provolone, but all I had was a bunch of meat. I was hungry, and it's usually not my experience so I'm gonna give them a pass. The one on Poydras is amazing, but it's pricier. Worth it.

The slogan should not be freaky fast. Took over an hour to receive my order. Once I got the order there was no meat on my sub. How do you serve a sub with no meat????????? (Especially if it wasn't customized to be served that way)

I’m really disappointed. I ordered a Beach Club sandwich yesterday and what I got looked nothing like the advertised photo. Barely any meat (3 thin slices), a mountain of lettuce, and the avocado spread was almost nonexistent.
To make it worse, I called the store and the manager told me she made the sandwich and basically didn’t care that I was unhappy — no apology, no solution, just attitude.

I went here about 9:30 pm and went through the drive thru the lady was so beyond rude taking my order. I also work in the food industry so I understand having a bad day so I didn’t think too much of it. I waited a very long time for my sandwich to be ready and she was very rude when she brought it out. All I had was $50 and after giving her the money she says they can’t break a $50. After I said oh okay she said “ and you can’t have the sandwich” while scooting it closer to her. Completely ruined my day as I had been at work until 9:30 myself. She had a shaved head and was just awful to me and I hope somebody can let her know that what she’s doing is not okay.
