Went twice in one week and Nick was so pleasant!! He handled taking my order and fixing the sandwiches. He made sure I put my phone number in for rewards and told me about a special if I wanted to make my order a combo. Did it all with a smile and a heart of service, double checking the sandwiches were perfect. The other employees didn’t acknowledge me with eye contact or a greeting either time. Seems like Nick’s handling a lot and doing it very well. I’m hoping he gets the acknowledgment (maybe even a raise!) he deserves by Jimmy John’s!

Ordered over an hour ago, still haven’t gotten my order and driver shows they still haven’t left. Called to find out and was rudely told they already sent my order but it’s still not here. I thought supposed to be “subs so fast.” Very disappointed
The staff at this Jimmy John's were exceptionally kind and attentive. I really appreciate it.

I arrived at this Jimmy John’s location for a scheduled job interview, and unfortunately the experience was far from professional. Upon arrival, it became clear that none of the staff were aware an interview had been scheduled. There was no communication, no preparation, and the overall environment appeared noticeably disorganized.
One employee greeted me with an attitude and mispronounced my name, and when I politely corrected her, the response was less than courteous. The other employees were very passive-aggressive.The atmosphere in the store felt disengaged and unwelcoming, suggesting a team that is neither motivated nor properly supported.
If this is the level of attention and professionalism shown to someone arriving for an interview, it raises serious questions about what happens behind the scenes for both employees and customers. The lack of structure and apparent indifference from the staff reflect a workplace culture that seems to tolerate ; if not normalize poor standards.
This disorganization also made me question the overall quality and handling of the food. In most well-managed restaurants, strong service and consistent food quality go hand in hand. Unfortunately, nothing about this experience suggested those standards were being upheld here.
Based on my visit, I would not recommend applying or eating at this location.

I ordered catering to be delivered between 12:15-12:30. I called to confirm the day before and the morning of. I didn't receive the food until at 1p. My team had to leave and the food was wasted.

Just ordered from them right before close. They accepted the order then called to tell us they didn’t want to make it because they were closed and we needed to cancel the order. There is no way to cancel the order that we can find.

I asked for more vegetables like cucumber ,and pickles. The lady yelled Is it on the receipt?!?. Not professional at all and I did ask is she was the manager.

Tried to use a gift card and the girl taking my order didn’t know how to check me out with a gift card. So instead of getting someone to help her she said I couldn’t use the gift card. I left and went to the other jimmy John’s in town where they used the gift card no problem.

I had written an earlier review but after going for awhile I have to revise it. For the most part service is good, but there have been a couple times when my add-ons have not been done. My typical order is the beach club with peppers and cut in half, sometimes one of them isn't done. Therefore, you should probably check your sandwich. It only really bothers me when they forget the peppers.
To the Management....please let the young lady take a day off. PLEASE. I'm an Uber driver, and just dropped her off. She's currently on medication, hasn't slept in seven days (because Jimmy John employees have been quiting, and she's been covering all their shifts). Her son has football practice, and karate. Plus she has homework....and have to clean the house .
She's on medication, and was crying in my car for sleep. Please give her a day off. You could have let her stay home today. Today is Mardi Gras.... there's no one going to Jimmy John's on Mardi Gras, especially with bad weather coming this afternoon.
I hope management gets this situated, or we will have to get you all closed down for bad management decisions.

It's been over an hour and 15 minutes and I am still waiting. I am a regular customer who lives only five blocks from the restaurant. I'm never ordering from here again. SCREW YOU!!!!

Ordered on the mobile app for a pick up order. When I got there about an hour after the store opened, there were chairs up on the tables. The three ladies working behind the counter weren’t particularly friendly. When I got home, the sandwich seemed kind of skimpy and my side potato salad was basically two spoonfuls not enough to even fill the container. I won’t be back to this location.

Placed a delivery order via the Jimmy John’s app on Sunday, June 18th @ 12:28pm. The status of our order didn’t change to “Out for Delivery” until 1:35pm. Freaky Fast? I think not. I then had to drive to the store because an entire sandwich was completely forgotten and an incorrect side item was sent. I tried calling the store multiple times to check on the status of my order during the long wait and then again to report the missing sandwich, but no one answered. Every ball was dropped. Please do better.

This was my first visit to this location and I was really impressed by the service and quality of food! I placed an order for a catering box with several different sandwiches (turkey, Italian, Cuban and a couple others). When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was how clean the store was. The employee was really nice and show me where the order was. This was definitely a convenient option and I feel I got the value for my money. This is now my “go to” Jimmy John’s location.
