Kabob House NOLA

Kabob House on Veterans in Metairie is a hidden gem. The food is always fresh, the kabobs are juicy and full of flavor, and the portions are solid for the price. The staff is friendly and the vibe is laid-back. Definitely one of the best spots on Vets if you want something different.

We just visited NOLA for a couple days and tried this restaurant. This is definitely a go to place. The customer service is amazing, the restaurant management was walking to every table and asked them about customer experience. The shawarma was really good.
I would highly recommend trying out this place!

This cute owner involved place right on Veterans Blvd, also does a lot of takeout. Clean. Food was served hot, fresh, and fantastic flavors at very reasonable prices! Great staff providing fast service! Great Hummus!So good we went back for a chicken shawarma plate and another gyro wrap the next day before heading west on our travels. Will come again next time we get back to LouisianA.

BEST TABOULI in the city! Haha or parish and nearby. I normally get their largest tabouli (bigger than appetizer), it holds well as a leftover in the fridge so def recommend for weight loss.
I’ve had the lamb and shrimp plate. The lamb was very juicy and pretty tender, also large weight. The shrimp is always perfect with some crispy to it.
THE RICE IS SOME THE BEST OF MY LIFE! Coming from a girl with 10+ lbs of rice at my house. The pita is a little inconsistent, but ya can’t win them all. The staff is so kind. I usually interact with the owner or his son, the female manager, but even one the young workers was kind and patient.
