This company is full of excuses for why they can’t meet expectations.
My original order delivery date was not honored, and they sent my cake to be delivered on a day I was out of town. Then, fed ex was the blame for the delays (weather).
I paid a lot for two day shipping and my order arrived 10 days late.
Customer service never called me back three twice (once after making contact with her and the second time I was asked to leave a vm which never was returned).

I order King Cakes for our office and have purchased from King King Cakes for several years. Never a disappointment as far as taste and delivery. Excellent. HOWEVER, I ordered two cakes last year, and neither one had a baby in it. THIS YEAR was the same! No BABY!!! Are they saving money by not putting the babies in the cakes? I don't know. I wrote about it last year, and this year is a 4-star rating on a 5-star product because of NO BABIES, 3 out of 3! What gives????
