Doughnuts never hot why are you open. Then there's one lady doing walk ins and drive through mixing all the orders up. Tastee right across the street trust me you'd like it better over there. Asked for Caramel Vanilla got charged for hot chocolate and three glazed.

I have no idea whom the drive thru lady is but customer service is horrible. Doughnuts cold and hard. How can a manager or owner be proud of such disgusting employees and products? It's free to be kind.

I gave one star because that’s the only way I could leave a review. Tonight on 02-15-2025 at 20:13 I went through the drive thru only to receive the worst customer service ever. How do you not have your entire menu on a Saturday with old product made the morning prior? So I asked for a certain product and was greeted with “umm, did you not hear me”? I literally replied back with “I don’t know who you’re talking to but it’s not me”. Then to add a dusty glazed crust of attrition to the disrespectful child working the drive-thru, they were yelling about it to other customers in store front. I understand that it’s fast food, but it’s not called fast free ass attitudes. If the GM can’t make a store and staff functional by having menu items and proper speaking employees then this company needs to fire and replace.

Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes when there was 2 cars ahead of me. The donuts i ordered weren't even correct and the ones that were correct were half done. The girl at the window wasn't pleasant at all either. Terrible job.

My last review was a five star review a few years back. We went to Krispy Kreme last night and had sticker shock at the window. Almost $20 for 12 donuts! That will probably be my last trip, I said. When we got home, it turned out That The donuts must’ve been from yesterday, as they were stale. I don’t think I’ll be going back for $20 dozen donuts. You have priced yourself right out of the main stream for me. Unfortunately, KK will probably be a thing of the past before long. We are trying to Fight inflation, not role with it.
