I have not gotten them in so long and about fell but almost fell out when they gave me the total for a dozen will never be back they are good but will never pay $20.00 again for a dozen donut no matter how good they are, just plain stupid

Wasn't happy with the cleanliness, or lack of cleanliness of the girl at the window of the drive-through. She took the money as well as boxed my donuts. She didn't use the normal straw to load the donuts. She had no gloves on but used a pc. of paper. I did see her thumb touching part of my product on 1 donut. She also had an absolutely filthy Krispy Kreme jacket on. While putting in the last mixed box, the cuff of that filthy jacket went into the chocolate icing of that donut. I didn't have time to bring all of the issues to the Mgr. that was there this a.m. or I definitely would have. She is a caucasian, had glasses and blue streaks in her hair. To top it all off, she didn't thank me for the purchase, I thanked her.

Food is delicious but I felt I was intruding on the people behind the counter. No smiles, and I had to wait for them to look up and wait on me.
Always friendly, and I don't know if they do this every day but for me, when I go in there they always have these fun donuts I love it. They're always so sweet and fast. Great if you're craving some

My daughter made straight A’s for the third time this year. She wanted to see if she could get a free donut as advertised. Drove from chalmette to Metairie. The facility did in fact honor the free donut for good grades. Kudos to Krispy Kreme. However, the girl with the blue hair helping was extremely rude to me. I didn’t even get to finish my order and had to drive around for the donuts I wanted to order and pay for.

Sure you know about Krispy Kreme donuts. But, try the chocolate frosted ones next time! This satisfying goodness is worth the calories.
Krispy Kreme was a happy part of my childhood. The doughnuts I got this morning were very fresh and delicious. I ordered online and wished they had espresso drinks as an option. The iced coffee I got was overly sweet and weak. Please step up your coffee game and I’d love to order again :)
