La Chula Paletas & Ice Cream

Service was horrible the girl up front attending us had an nasty attitude no type of respect it was more as in she didn't want to attend us and gave attitude the whole time made us feel rushed out of the place not just with us with other clients as well I felt unsatisfied with the service. It was a young lady with tattoos and glasses it was just not okay

This is the first time I was honestly disappointed with La Chula. Typically I recommend everyone to try them but tonight I did not like my order and was not crazy about the service. Maybe they were having an off night but it's usually lovely and very kind girls inside. I received an overdone waffle bowl and the ore Gelato and topping I chose had absorbed whatever other flavors it was surrounding so it tasted odd. I tried to love it but maybe I should have asked for a different bowl and ordered flavors I usually get. I also tried to order in spanish, although my spanish is terrible but I have been encouraging myself to try more. Unfortunately, another worker came out and finished my order in complete English even after I originally said I was practicing my spanish. I get it, they do not owe me anything, and if I'm slowing down the line then fine, but it was a little bit of a slap in the face considering how polite and nervous I was. First bad experience here out of several good ones, so I don't plan on ending on a sour note. For nearly $15, I should have went elsewhere and probably still will because I did not finish my ice cream

Great ice cream place with the most delicious churros definitely recommend trying them, there are a lot of cheap options that are great for kids, beautifully decorated shop as well.

Everything about this place was amazing. The service was phenomenal. The employee at the counter was friendly. The entire ice cream selection looked delicious. The mango sorbet was the best I've ever had. The elote was perfect. I will definitely be back here to try the rest of their menu options!

I can't say much on the atmosphere because I got this doordash to me, but I can say I absolutely love that they separated the ice cream and the bubble cone so it wasn't soggy and falling apart by the time I got to me. I 100% absolutely love that they took the time to think about the customer ?

We got here exactly at 10 they close at 11 and the lady locked the door in front of our face I understand if we would’ve gotten here 10 minutes before closing but an hour before is crazy que locura
