After speaking with the manager about our previous experience, she was incredibly responsive to our concerns and welcomed us back with genuine warmth and excellent customer service. The prime rib sandwich and onion soup were both flavorful and delicious. Customer service was noticeably improved, and the music was at a comfortable volume. Overall, we had a much better experience this time, and I would recommend giving this establishment another visit.

Schwanda went above and beyond… Door Dash completely forgot our sandwiches and I called bc Jeff and I are both sick and she remade the sandwiches and had them delivered and added 2 cookies too ♥️♥️♥️♥️ she’s awesome, it’s all about customer service. Thanks so much

I placed a takeout order and waited for it to be filled. I paid a tip the desk clerk requested. Once my order was ready I was informed that one of the items I paid for was no longer available. It was available in the display case when I placed my order. I questioned this and was told the item was needed for another order. The server was just going to short me without a refund and was being rude about it. I later learned this was the manager on duty. I then suggested they substitute another item in its place. At this point I was mad with the employee’s attitude. A second employee was laughing at me. So I asked for a refund for the difference in the price shown on the product in the case. The employee told me that I actually owed them money to which I asked how and why. I was told that the prices marked in the case were wrong and that the prices were higher. I explained that was fraud and the I would only pay the advertised price. The manager said she did not know how to issue a credit. She said that corporate had not sent new price tags but that they increased the prices in the computer. So she admitted it was fraud. I have pictures of the prices in the case and the prices I was charged on my receipt. They do not match! I was fraudulently charged!!! I tried to call the corporate office in Dallas but they only have an automated phone system. I left messages with the Complaint line, the CEO, and the COO requesting a return phone call. No one ever called me. This restaurant group are con artists. I’ll will likely never seat there again. I urge everyone to be careful and check your receipt so that you too are not ripped off!! The person claiming to be a manager and the other girl working with her were very rude to me. Be careful of these shady operators!!!!!

We quit going here for a while because the portions were getting smaller, and the price was getting higher during covid. But if you look at it now, the prices are in line with all the other restaurants if you factor in the massive inflation we had under Bidden. Love the breakfast croissant. The dessert pastries are really good.

It’s my second time going to La Madeleine. The first time I took my mom for mother’s day and received a free entree for our next visit. I came in July 9 and unfortunately while I was in the parking lot, my friend was eating her pastry when she found a hair in the middle of the cherry filling. She had taken a bite and the whole piece of hair came out of it. I never would have expected this and was very disappointed.

My Uber driver just delivered the wrong food and told me that they said they didn't have what I ordered so made me a different sandwich instead of canceling my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn't order a gross ham sandwich on an over toasted bread from yesterday. Also my waffle was so burnt even my dogs dont want to eat this.

Very nice place. The food was very well made and fresh. The only complaint I have is that my brother chose to have pasta as a side for his sandwich and it was cold. But I ordered pasta as the main entry and it was hot and fresh so I can’t complain too much because my brother loved his sandwich. I didn’t really like the lemonade though. They also have French lessons in the bathroom.

A wonderful new experience at LeMadeline. The renovated location is open and bright so that your day is more joyous. The food is freshly prepared and very good. We like the new menu items

The food is served at your table by Larry’s friendly attitude and smile He proactively asks if you need something else to finish your meal

It is really sad what has happened to this place. They took a beautiful environment that was very earthy and warm and welcoming reminiscent of a French farmhouse with exposed beams and antiques on the walls and they painted it white like a hospital and made it noisier and less comfortable. They also took away the free bread. And the portion sizes are smaller.
