I took a big group here for a late lunch (visiting from Oregon!) and everything was so lovely! Food was fabulous, and we received exceptional service!! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

La Madeleine has been one of my favorite spot for quite some time, food is always on point and really enjoy the atmosphere. My visit was memorable this time in particular because as I walked in I was greeted with a huge smile from Angela, she was very attentive and friendly. Thank you Angela for making this experience for my mother and myself amazing.

We arrived on a weekday morning. The entire restaurant was recently remodeled, giving it a very fresh look. It wasn't very busy and the staff members were excellent. A middle-aged black lady behind the counter and another one cooking. Both were so sweet and friendly. There was a young white guy bussing tables and bringing out food who was also very friendly. All three gave excellent customer service and I was very impressed. The atmosphere was also five stars, as the modern refresh was perfect. Unfortunately, the food was just ok. Neither the quiche lorraine or the croque monsieur were very good. Still, we had a great time otherwise and will be back to try different things on the menu.

We had a friends meeting a few weeks ago and look the pictures… our friend was eating with us. 🤮 Metairie location.

Ok I’ve always like this chain, but… food prices go up and quality goes down. Eggs cold, cheeses not melted. Coffee needs a bit more flavor - tastes watery. I started coming to Metairie because the St. Charles location has gone down.

Small cute basic on the go breakfast. Food was hot & fresh. Definitely will return.
Parking is tight. They have parking behind the building as well.

Great Staff. Great job preparing the food. Larry and Mellana had super customer service and attitude. . This one star is for the executives who decided to limit bread rations. Love the prison feel to your new restaurant. Sad corporate policy of limiting bread now. 2 slices per customer regardless of what you ordered. But really- put a sign up, stand behind your decision- don’t make your frontline workers the punching bags for some executive’s money saving idea. The bread was half the fun of your place. Shameful change. But, y’all keep your bread locked up- profit over tradition. The renovations and bread mongering - feelers like a Hospital cafeteria or maybe a prison. Peace and love- well visit in a few months to see if y’all changs for the better.

This place is not the same. Whoever did the renovations did an awful job. The place looks like a Piccadilly. The staff all look miserable. The male latino bus person who was extra friendly. Kind of creepy. Check your employees management.

I've been frequenting La Madeleine's in Texas so this one was a new vibe and overall great experience. I came for a 2 egg breakfast and coffee to fuel me while I work. On this Sunday morning, the place was filled with people of all ages but mainly 40s-60s with newspapers and lively table discussions. This restaurant had quicker and more efficient serving staff than other places I've been. The floors were clean (unlike Austin) and their condiment caddy area actually had the strawberry and blueberry jams I haven't seen since pre-Pandemic. I love the red top bistro umbrellas and checkerboard chairs outside and the outdoor lounging area would be ideal for college friends on a study break. Great job, La Madeleine!

Vegetarian options: Tomato Basil soup, Ceasar salad, Field greens salad, pasta salad

Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options available. Menu is animal protein based but vegetarian salad and soup options (not vegan).

Kid-friendliness: Large dining area means strollers will fit easily at the table. Five booster seats and high chairs available.

Wheelchair accessibility: One of the best locations for wheelchairs. Wide aisles and flexible seating options allow for wheelchairs to roll to table easily as well as position at the end of the table. Orders can be placed online or in person and staff brings meat to the table. Counters are set at a height that allows wheelchair guests to serve themselves coffee and tea easily with raised arms. Wheelchair guests will need help with soda machine.

Worsr customer service. I ordered and the lady clearly heard me and read it back. When it came time to recieve the food some how it wasn't on the ticket. Manager didn't even bother to make it right. Just brushed it off. I'm sure the cashier is racist as well. Don't waste your time going to this place.
