Our food was great but was even better was the service!! Our waiter Les was absolutely incredible, very attentive and thoughtful. He took my shellfish allergy very seriously and helped me choose what to eat. We will back for sure!

Outstanding experience all around!1stly THE ART! EVERYWHERE! &out front. Stunning… but rlly this isn’t about the art lol-Greeted immediately at the door by several friendly &outgoing individuals. Customer service 10/10! Bar was bumming too on a Saturday night.-food was astonishing yum! Very well seasoned. Included home made salsa -delicious.Presentation was a 10/10. Even in To go boxes! Wow yall ?I felt the love from home. Luved It!!!- cleanliness 10/10 especially the bathroom.-best atmosphere in 10/10!!!So many Mexican food disappointments in the New Orleans area but this is truly a gem!I can’t wait to go back!

FIVE STARS!!!!!!! Truly the most amazing food and service I have received in this town. I have been there twice and each time has been amazing. Les was our waiter and he was so welcoming and had a great sense of humor. We met Leo who is one of the owners and he was incredibly kind as well! I truly could not recommend this place enough!! The Birria tacos are 10/10, the best I’ve ever had!

Lunch 3/11/24...Horrible, chips terrible from a bag, refried beans sour or cooked in white vinegar couldn't eat, fajitas over cooked brisket sliced thick, onions & peppers good flavor, served with 3 soft tortillas (maybe 3" diameter) there was plenty of meat enough for 2 people but no place to put it ...$66 ...would not return even with$100 gift certificateSKIP THIS PLACE

Awesome, authentic Mexican restaurant. They have all the traditional Mexican dishes plus specialty items that set this restaurant above the rest. I had the braised short ribs that was spectacular. This and a few other specialty items set this restaurant above the rest.

The birria tacos and quesadillas were unbelievably good. I couldn’t stop eating the salsa. Their spicy margaritas are on point too. We have put La Tia in the rotation and will be back again.

Had a luncheon here last week and everything was so good I came back this week for dinner. Their skinny spicy margaritas are so fresh and delicious. We had the pastor and birria tacos and quesadillas and they were fantastic. They also have a private room that is great for events. Cannot say enough great things about La Tia!
