Ordered a pepperoni crazy crust and a cheese bread via UberEats and it honestly may have been the best damn Little Caesars I've had in years. Shout out to whichever passionate pizza professional was whipping up pies around 2PM on Halloween 2025; you a real one.

I just want to say that I NEVER leave reviews. Much less a bad review. But I was compelled...... We don't eat fast food often. Not because of $$ but because of the terrible service, that comes along with fast food chains, across the Metairie area. Little Caesars tonight, was a PRIME example of exactly THAT. 😣 When I walked in I was greeted with the thickness of tension in the air. The girl taking orders was radiating with disgust and aggravation. The way she was speaking to the gentleman who was already there, I assumed they had an issue before I came in. Nope, no issue. That's just who she is as a person. She threw food on the counters. She yelled at someone in the drive thru for taking too long to order. She rolled her eyes so many times I thought she may have been epileptic. She let everyone know she did not want to be bothered by having to interact with them. And I mean EVERYBODY! She got my order wrong and didnt give my whole order. When I asked she walked away pretending not to hear me. If I hadn't already paid, I would have walked out. I genuinely HATE the fact that I spent money at this place. Not much, but it's still MY $$. And the service that was given makes $1 too much spent here. Unfortunately I have teenagers in the house and I have to feed them sometimes.....But we will not be coming back here. That's for damn sure.

They take too long. It said the order was ready but I went to pick it up and it took them about 40 more minutes to deliver it. The employees ignored the customers, and on one occasion they didn't even deliver my order and stole my money. Bad service.

Ordered online 35 minutes before arrival. Made me wait 10 minutes to cook my pizzas. One was cold one was hot. He said he was sorry abd had just put it in the oven when we arrived to pick it up.
I order online, pizza was good and fresh employees were attentive and working hard.

They do not like to work or interact with customers doors are always locked. Just walked to the door and both doors were locked only to see someone come out the back door to approach a car and stand outside to talk to them while on the clock and doors are unlocked keep in mind it 8:15pm. Didn’t order any food bc they are all in the back of the business outside discussing drama

This is the second Little Caesars location i went to tonight that closed before 9pm, on the website it says they close at 11pm. we pulled up, not a soul in sight. Extremely disappointed in little caesar’s tonight man.
