I went to Little Caesars on David Drive and went through the drive-through around 7 PM I believe. They were out of the new crazy puffs that I wanted to try but no big deal. I decided that since there were a couple cars in front of me and behind me, I might as well order something. So I got an order of crazy bread and sauce.The time that I spent getting from the speaker to the window wasn’t very long. But, from the time that I ordered until I got my order was between 15 and 20 minutes. Yes, it took between 15 and 20 minutes just to get one order of bread and sauce! Even if they had to freshly prepare the bread and run it through the oven, there’s absolutely no reason it should have taken anywhere near this long.After a few minutes of waiting at the window, the employee asked me to pull up and to the side to wait for my order. I waited there for the remainder of the the ridiculously long wait. I wanted to go inside to ask if they had forgotten about me, but I would’ve had to pull out onto David Drive then go down however far to the next U-turn and come back around to pull into the parking lot. This would’ve been a lot of extra driving and potentially unsafe. When the employee eventually brought my order to me, she did not even as much apologize for the wait. Just handed me the order, a brief and not very sincere thank you, then turned around and walked off.Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the service that I received. I will not be visiting this particular location ever again. I wish I had the ability to give zero stars for the service.

I was actually able to just walk in and get what I wanted because it was already made. There is no atmosphere because you don't dine in. The food I ordered was surprisingly good. Service is weird there though.

This has got to be the weirdest cardboard factory ever. They make circles of cardboard and put toppings on them and sell them as pizzas

I dont write too many reviews, but what a joke. Especially that fake blonde african american lady. Ive never seen a ruder, disrespectful person as herself. The obvious ignoring, stood there waiting to be served, saying hellooo many times, resorted to waving my hands as well. Nothing. had to wait for someone else to help me. She should not be working a customer service job if shes going to be this disrespectful. Ill be taking my service to the little ceasers on loyola, since they actually are kind there and dont keep someone waiting for 10+ minutes ignoring them
No outside lights on, no sign lit up, so the parking lot is dark and no lit up sign. You can’t call ahead and order a pizza, they direct you to wait until you get there or go online. You go online and you can’t place an order for today at all, the earliest pickup available online is tomorrow morning (and the store doesn’t close for another five hours today) Hmm..

Great pizza. However, whoever that tiny girl is working for this location is so rude and she mumbles everything. I pulled up to the drive thru at 11:45, wait for a couple minutes and no one says anything. Looked online, looked at the holiday hours sign, and the regular sign and everything says open at 11. I call and no one answers. Ok so I just pull up to the window. The lights are on and cars are there so what is happening did this place get robbed? I go inside, there’s 2 employees just looking at me like they don’t know why I’m there. They don’t even say anything so finally I asked “are y’all not open?” Little girl mumbles something walking toward me. I have to ask this lil bug eye chick 3 times what she said before she gets irritated and tells me they don’t open til 12. Alright I was so confused by the internet and all your signs all over the building and the unlocked door, my bad little bug eyes. I come back at 12:03, pull up to the drive thru. Little bug eye mumbler says the system is down, which also had to be repeated 3 times. You couldn’t have said that the first time? I get that you’re a miserable person, but had you said that the first time I wouldn’t have wasted 20 minutes and you wouldn’t have had to deal with me again. Girl is just a whole bad vibe. Gross. I typically try to give people the benefit of a doubt thinking maybe they’re just having a bad day, but you can tell that’s just how she is. I feel bad for you, I got to get away from you but you’re stuck with you all the time. Must suck to suck.
