Can I give these guys a 10 or more? I love Lou Lou's. This is one of the two stands I go to. Staff is great and deserve to be tipped. The prices are reasonable. I love the flavors, the toppings and the punch cards. I purchased the gallon for me to eat (if you get the right flavor you can eat it in one sitting). This year I plan on trying all of the flavors except chocolate, coffee, pickle, and others I don't feel should be on there.

The snowballs are consistently great. I ordered the Marry Me Strawberry flavor, which was delicious and exceeded expectations. However, I also purchased two orders of nachos, and the chips were unfortunately stale. This was disappointing, especially since I had been speaking highly of Lou Lou’s nachos prior to my visit. I hope this was a one-time issue and that it won’t happen again. I hope we can try and normalize snowball stands making sure they aren’t giving stale chips out please! Ps employees aren’t that nice either they have attitude especially the manager !

I spend my money here multiple times through the week. I’ve noticed each time they offer the yt people in front and behind me a punch card but never offer me one. I don’t ask on purpose to see if I’d be offered one. Hmmm, I’d hate to think they’re prejudice. As simple as it sounds it means something to me. I love their snowballs but I’ll go put my money and tips elsewhere.

Ice was crunchy. Absolutely no need for a straw because there was no juice to drink. Nothing amazing about the flavor.

We go here often and have literally tried all of the sugar free snowballs. They are all phenomenal. I highly recommend the sugar free watermelon and sugar free sour apple.

Lou Lou's has a very nice ice and flavor selection. I recently tried Honeydew Melon with Condensed Milk and it was delicious and very refreshing!

Great little spot to catch a cold treat, kid friendly, and great customer service. Menu isn't pricey, and food is tasty. Cash only is kind of a bummer but not really a big deal. Definitely recommend.

Parking: The parking situation is terrible. It's located on a corner of a busy street and a residential neighborhood.... Very hard to find parking most times.
