I want everyone to know that they have the best chocolate with condensed milk snowball I have ever had. Believe me I’m a chocoholic lol I know chocolate. This is the first time we have been there and most definitely will not be my last. Absolutely amazing! The staff was extremely friendly as well.

CASH ONLY! I don’t mean to start the review so brash but please remember that before coming. It was my first time here and I was very happy to see their natural flavors made with real fruit juice. I got the pineapple mango w condensed milk and it was so good! So refreshing and light … I really enjoyed it knowing it was a bit better quality/healthier than the standard syrups. Glad I came here and will definitely be back to try their other natural flavors like the strawberry lemonade.

Hands Down This is The Best Snowball Place, My Daughter & I Went A Few Days Ago and Was Greeted By The Sweetest Lady Ever, For Our First Time We Tried The Chocolate Chip Mint Stuffed With Chocolate Ice Cream & A Regular Chocolate Snow ball, They Are Really Good, The Ice is Soft like Snow, And The Ice Crean is Delicious, I Sampled The Blue Almond It was So Good tastes like A Wedding Cake, If Your Wanting A Good Refreshing Treat Give Lou Lou’s A Try Trust Me You Won’t Be Disappointed ?

It's the smoothest most consistent ice you'll find at a snoball joint. Its not chunky and hard like salsa. Hop off that overrated bandwagon and go be enlightened to Lou lous.

This is my top 3 snowball location. First being droopy in harhan. And sals being second on metairie road. The ice is pretty thin but the last few times I come they haven't covered the ice with syrup and that, to me, is snowball 101. Cover the ice with the syrup.Anyway they do pile on the condensed milk so it isn't too bad I guess. They have the worst possible parking situation. There are maybe 4 spots. And 2 are for the employees. The employees have talked about putting a sign up that patrons can park behind them but it hasn't happened yet. There really isn't any off street parking either since it's on the corner of busy Cleary and then there is a drain and giant tree roots that prevent easy parking. Overall with all that, they are still top 3.

Omg the sno balls were really good and reasonable prices. They even offer a gallon bucket sno ball, no one else does that. Probably good for a party or to share with friends ‼️ might have to try that 1 day lol

Best snowballs in this area! Some made from real fruit and lots of flavors! It's my favorite place. Parking is a little tight but the place is busy and in a residential/commercial area. But worth the wait and parking for these great treats!
