“Usually I left a 5 star review before I think but I ordered few times Caramel milk tea ugh ok! and few days ago last week he was making my drink and somehow a long black thin hair flown inside my drink and he didn’t see it in the drink that had black hair in it to resolve it that was in the bubble shop and totally wasn’t my hair because I had fully bleached blonde silver hair.I had turned my drink around when I realized it was black hair was still in there when I got and sat home afterwards.Oh well I hope next time they can see better and try to avoid anything that shouldn’t be in my drink.I’m not asking for free drink but to resolve it.This wasn’t my first trip so I’ve been here many times.But not often.“

“Excellent desserts and great service. However, the owner desperately needs to consider having two employees working the dessert counter. Having one employee making drinks and preparing desserts for patrons creates an unnecessarily long queue and overwhelms the worker on duty.“
