I used to love eating at this place but they’re too busy worrying about portion control to give you fresh food. My chicken is way overcooked it’s crunchy and old and so are the noodles not fresh at all and very greasy. The lady preparing my plate, deliberately scooped the old chicken from the bottom of the pan instead of the fresh chicken on top to serve me and had an attitude when I asked her about it and didn’t change it out. I exchanged the same concern with the cashier, she also ignored me. It was too late to cancel and get into another line to get something else I had to go. I think it’s terrible to pay the amount that we pay for food and it’s not fresh and they don’t care. Look at the photo of the bourbon chicken. Can you tell it’s chicken? It’s crunchy crumbs.

I come here pretty regularly and I don’t usually leave reviews, but when the employee at the register was cashing me out the machine shut down in the middle of the transaction. The payment went through on my end. I informed her and showed her on my account. She charged me agin and the payment said it went through a second time when I informed her she argued with me and told me I didn’t need the receipt, but the amount she charged me was subtracted from the original amount on my card twice.
The man who took my food was very rude! He didn't listen to me when I asked for things and constantly looked annoyed when we asked for things! The food smelled good but tasted horrible! It was the blandest fried rice I have ever had! And the entrees were just salty nuggets!

Tried Pei Wei out while shopping at Lakeside Shopping Center in Metairie. Not bad for food court food. Portions are very large. Sharing would be a good idea.

I ordered the bourbon chicken, fried rice and general chicken and an egg roll. Unfortunately non of the food was good. The egg roll didn't have any veggies and I'm not even sure what meat was in it. The bourbon chicken was good to look at but just like the general chicken, it wasn't very tasty. The portion sizes are absolutely disrespectful to your wallet almost $14 and I ended up throwing the whole plate away. It was not good at all. Save your money don't let the look of the food fool you.
Thanks. Food’s been great this week.?

The food is beyond just mall food. Of course it isn’t like a gourmet restaurant but both chicken I picked were delicious, and with a little finessing the shrimp fried rice was good too. They were super friendly and quick. And the mall staff is quick to pick up any mess around you. They definitely don’t deserve as low of a rating as they have.

Got bourbon chicken and tso with fried rice. Portions are so limited compared to any Asian place I have eaten. Not worth the price I paid.

Lady at the counter doesn’t know what a “side” is. I tried to get a 2 entree combo and she kept saying mixed veggies was a side but that if I got a second entree that would be a 3 combo. I eventually told her I didn’t even want the food and she acted like I was the one being crazy.. never experienced that stupidity in my life haha.
We had the 3 entrée and 1 side combo for ~$11 There is a good number of options for entrée. The orange chicken and the beef dish was my favorite. I also had sesame chicken but that one was a bit of salty for me.We got cream cheese wonton too ( 3 for $2.95) and an egg roll ($2.95). Both were tasty. The large lemonade was ~$3.50 which felt pricey.

Don’t believe everything you read on here!!! The bourbon chicken was amazing and the food was hot and fresh!! Definitely will eat here again!! By the way I’m very picky about bourbon chicken and it was on point for sure!!!
Not worth it at all. Do not get this .this is the only place I’ve ever been to that COUNTS how much food they give you. I ordered shrimp fried rice , the shrimp wasn’t incorporated into the rice like most places . They serve you the fried rice then they have the shrimp on the side and count how many they give you, I also got the Bourbon chicken, same thing happened , she counted out how many pieces , same for the orange chicken and the kung pow chicken. Not worth the price at all cause they don’t give you much to begin with
