Lady at the counter doesn’t know what a “side” is. I tried to get a 2 entree combo and she kept saying mixed veggies was a side but that if I got a second entree that would be a 3 combo. I eventually told her I didn’t even want the food and she acted like I was the one being crazy.. never experienced that stupidity in my life haha.

We had the 3 entrée and 1 side combo for ~$11 There is a good number of options for entrée. The orange chicken and the beef dish was my favorite. I also had sesame chicken but that one was a bit of salty for me.We got cream cheese wonton too ( 3 for $2.95) and an egg roll ($2.95). Both were tasty. The large lemonade was ~$3.50 which felt pricey.

Don’t believe everything you read on here!!! The bourbon chicken was amazing and the food was hot and fresh!! Definitely will eat here again!! By the way I’m very picky about bourbon chicken and it was on point for sure!!!

Not worth it at all. Do not get this .this is the only place I’ve ever been to that COUNTS how much food they give you. I ordered shrimp fried rice , the shrimp wasn’t incorporated into the rice like most places . They serve you the fried rice then they have the shrimp on the side and count how many they give you, I also got the Bourbon chicken, same thing happened , she counted out how many pieces , same for the orange chicken and the kung pow chicken. Not worth the price at all cause they don’t give you much to begin with

I did not eat anything on my plate..the orange chicken taste so sour, the mongolian beef has no taste. The noodles have a weird smell and taste soggy..I tried pei wei in Houston it was bad..decided to give it a try here..even worse..Panda Express should have came here instead..I love them..

Bad Bad bad customer service nobody asked what we want to order , the worst parts is that they didnt have ANY CUSTOMER in line, we were the only people in line! If you are the owner you are paying staff just to look around trying to do the least!

Went to the new Lakeside Mall location. Let's just say I am over it. The food was ok. It's like the frozen food in the grocery store freezer. But that was the best part of my experience. Unfortunately, the Asian workers seem to like serving only certain races of people. The lady before me was Asian. She was served right away (technically I arrived before her but b/c it was new to me I allowed her to go ahead). After she was served, I walked up only to stand there idly for a full five minutes while the worker grabbed a towel and wiped a clean counter several times, went into the back into the kitchen to do nothing but chat in her native language, came back out again to still not make the order. The line grew from just me to like 6 more people. It wasn't until the line was obviously growing way too long that she finally served the subpar food in the skimpiest way possible. I will not eat there again. They have lost a future customer.Wish it could get less stars but the food was just ok.

Used the wrong card to pay and when in tried to use another card they wouldn’t cancel the order but tried to force me to pay in cash after I repeatedly told them I don’t have cash on me. Then proceeded to charge me what was paid for food that I didn’t receive

Do not eat here, might be an actual health hazard. Person behind the counter was handling all of the dishes including noodles, shrimp, chicken with the same tongs which is a massive allergy and food safety problem. I talked to a worker at a nearby restaurant in the food court about it and they noted that this place has also had problems with roaches on the counter, visible to customers, in the past and mixes food from the previous day in with new food when they open.
