We haven't been in town for a few weeks, so the family was dying for a pizza on Wednesday. The pizza was great, and the employees were friendly and efficient -- we LOVE Mark Twain's!

We heard good things about this place so decided to try it. When we walked in, the front of house didn't even look up to acknowledge us. After awkwardly standing there for a minute, we asked if we can sit anywhere and he said yes, so we sat down. They brought us waters and a menu and then we didn't see them again for 15 minutes, even though there was only one other party in the whole place. They eventually came to take our order and we got the Cheese Sticks and The Mysterious Stranger Pizza. It took over 30 minutes to get our appetizer, which ended up tasting pretty good. Another 20 minutes went by before we got our pizza and it was terrible. The spinach they used was completely wilted and black and the sauce tasted like it came out of a Walmart can. Our stomachs hurt afterwards, likely from the old spinach. It ended up being almost $40 and was very, very mediocore pizza with even worse service. Would not recommend.

I haven't had Mark Twain's in years and my family and I decided to see if it was as good as we remembered it. I will say it wasn't bad, but in my opinion it was pretty mediocre pizza. There was just nothing that made me say wow this is a really good pizza. It was kinder thicker dough and it was overall just alright to me. I do love the old fashioned kind of place that it was and the service was great, but the food kind of felt short for me.

Don’t go here if you’re a dasher! I can’t say anything about the food because I haven’t had it. I drive for DoorDash and all I know is every time I go To pick up an order here It’s a long wait time. Today I waited 35 minutes On four pizzas That I had to deliver. That will be the last time I accept an order from this place.

It's very casual. The pizza was good we had a regular pepperoni and went with 6 adults.
The food was great. Service was very good for our takeout order and they asked about a loyalty card, we signed up on the spot. Didn't have time to appreciate the old school ambiance but it's definitely worth the trip
