I worked here and I absolutely loved the place! The workers, the managers, they were all so nice and like family. I loved the food the chicken club, the chipotle spud, and the pickle were my favorites. Miss this place so much ❤️

It was closed, was only going to Supercuts, but glad you asked.

Turned around and walked out when girl cleaning floor and tables went to take my order without washing hands and girl taking food out of windows was sneezing. REALLY NASTY. SAD.

The floors were super sticky. The manager was super nice but her kitchen staff was making multiple orders wrong including mine. The order was for 2 mix and match both were placed in wrong containers and the sandwich was burnt and so was the potato. The soup was good.

Love the food but the wait at this location was terrible. The staff was friendly but we waited over 30 minutes for our food. I’m not sure if they were short staffed in the kitchen, but to wait for such a long amount of time for food was a little ridiculous.

Order on the app and picked up order from drive thru. Get home (raceland) and my order is wrong. I called the restaurant and explained to the manager the situation. He said I can come back and get it fixed or stop by anytime to get a free sandwich. Sir, I was getting this for dinner. Why would I want to stop by another day or come back being an hour away. And as I read the reviews, it seems I am not the only one that complains about orders being wrong or missing items.

Normally very good. Yesterday my wife got a savanah chop salad and they did not put chicken on it. When we asked about it the employees were very nice and said they would give her a new salad. They brought out another salad it was a strawberry pecan salad. 0 for 2 on the salad. Also she ordered a grilled chicken on croissant she received a grilled chicken club on wheat. Maybe they were having a bad day ☹

Any time we order for pick up at this location is is NEVER ready and this location is NEVER busy. So ordering ahead of time is pointless at only this location. Their tomatoes cucumber salad was NOT fresh at all and was hardly half way filling the container. Unlike other locations where it tastes fresh and the container is full. The mac and cheese was under cooked and did not taste fresh. Ever since hurricane Ida this location went to total garbage. Save your money and just go thr extra ways to Airline or any other location if you want fresh food.

This place is not what it used to be. They make you wait so long on line and even after you go over your order three times they still get it wrong.

I hope you have all day . This place is staffed and every time I come I have to wait 45 minutes for a takeout order. Once I ordered a simple kids ham and cheese. It took 45 minutes. Ridiculous!
