Alley can’t handle working the drive through. She threw a huge hissy fit when I told her I my coffee was supposed to not have cream or sugar. The manager that stepped in to do alleys job was cool but it’s probably not worth the time or getting screamed at to go here. Embarrassing stuff alley.

I walked inside and had to use the bathroom before I ordered. I went to the bathroom, and the last person who used it was one of the workers. He lift the toilet dirty and nasty, which killed my appetite. If the worker is disgusting and doesn’t clean the toilet after using it, then the food will be disgusting too.

Never going back again. Just ordered a double cheeseburger with only cheese and a Mcdouble with no onions at the drive thru. After leaving, the order smelled of onions so I checked. Good thing I did because not only were there onions on both burgers, but one of the patties with the double cheese plain had a bite taken out of it. Like I said, never going again.

Just went to this McDonald's on airline, ordered and paid for 2 large meals with large drinks and large fries for both meals. Was only given 1 large drink and 1 medium drink, was told to pull up and wait for food, sandwiches were Luke warm and made very sloppy! Then there was only 1 order of large fries in the bag. The lady had already walked off so I had to pull around and go inside to ask for my 2nd order of fries. Overall this McDonald's location and crew that was working tonight was absolutely horrible, food was horrible, the fries were not salted and very plain. The service was absolutely laughable. McDonald's needs to seriously reevaluate what they are doing. Chic fil a and Caines are blowing them out the water and provided a much better service and better food!. Absolutely ridiculous
